“I had a very pleasant experience, fast service, and fair pricing! They give you a break down of everything that is wrong with your car & group it to what needs immediate attention & what can wait. I really like that the mechanics take pictures of your car so you can see what is wrong when they find another problem that you did not know about/originally address. I definitely will be back. Ashley is really really really great & very sweet. They fixed my Audi when I had no idea what was going on with it, but they investigated into my concerns about my truck & found the source of the problem. Anyone that has a European car should come here. They don’t charge an arm and 2 legs like some places do. I will definitely be coming back ??????”

“Xavier at the Hollywood Blvd location gives the best customer service! I was in and out for an oil change in less than 10 minutes. He was detailed, thorough but he didn’t push other services like most do on ladies who know very little about what actually needs to be done just to increase sales . I had some trouble with my card and I was $1 off from the $60 charge. He was gracious enough to give me $20 off! I highly recommend!!!”

“This is the place to go! I’ve always had good experiences with express oil where others haven’t. However this place is top notch. They definitely go the extra mile. JC is the manager there and he is awesome and honest. One of the nicest people I’ve met in the industry and you can tell he cares about taking care of your vehicle. “Had an appointment to get my vehicle inspected Wednesday. Arrived at 11:22am (11:30 appt) and 2 guys were at the desk and a customer by the door. Walked up to the counter and stood for about a minute and one of the guys called the customer by the by the door back and then proceeded to leave out with him. In passing he said he’ll be right with me then left out. What kinda made me upset is the fact that nobody acknowledged a customer walking in by greeting them. I understand that you where dealing with a previous customer but still acknowledge the other ones that come in. That kinda put me in a mood because I felt ignored so I didn’t care what happened after that I was just ready to go. Fast forward to sat I came in to get the things fixed for my inspection. I walked in and I was greeted and they were lovely! We talked about about other things I wanted to do with my truck, they gave me advice about tires and etc. Got my truck right and tight in a good amount of time. Today was nice and that’s what I based my review on.”

“I arrived a few minutes before 7 AM with a reservation. The people were terrific and the waiting room was comefortable. Service included oil change, tire rotation and proper inflation, with wheel alignment. I was going home before 9 AM very happy.”
