“I have been using HiWAAY internet services ever since Travelers went insane. I've found HiWAAY technical expertise excellent and their availability second to none. In contrast, AT&T and their DSL service was terrible. You couldn't make a proper web page and frequent communication problems, they were clueless. We also tried Comcast internet service but again, their 'web' service was technically incompetent. Comcast reliability left a lot to be desired too.HiWAAY prices are reasonable and they allow user written CGI. In effect, everything needed in a Web server without a bunch of 'layers'. So I keep my Prius studies in basic HTML without having to go nuts.Currently, I'm using a T-Mobile hotspot, $40/month, which worked even during the April 2011, four-day, power outage. “Keke and Malik were awesome! We drove down 55 minutes from TN as this is the closest store to us. Got here at 6PM on Friday with my parents (both in their 80's and both on walkers) bc Xfinity Customer Service couldn't resolve the issue over the phone. “The 300mpbs speed is as advertised and I'm fine with that speed. Technicians came and dug a new line to the utility box which was included in the $10 service fee. Technicians were friendly, $30 a month can't complain.”
