“I can't say enough good things about my visit today. Mikayla was awesome from the start. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store and helped me find the right fit in jeans. I chose one of the pairs of Buckle Black soft knit denim jeans and she found me a similar pair available via Buckle online to ship to my house.
I was pleasantly surprised to see this level of customer service in 2026. I had just left Belk, where the store was a mess and no one spoke to me the whole 20 minutes I was in there. I'm so glad I tried Buckle before giving up. Keep up the good work Bridge Street Buckle. I might update my wardrobe more than once a year now.

“I came here to exchange some shoes that I ordered online for my daughter and Payton Helped me. He had to bring a manager over to enter a password so they both helped me but Payton was super helpful and super sweet. During that time, I also watched him check out another person and went out of his way to help with the language barrier in order to get them signed up for 10% off and to get their Discount for working at target. Seems like somebody you would really want to hang onto. A very good employee from what I can see, To the point that I’m sitting in huntsville during rush-hour traffic to write a review about how helpful he was. Great job.”
“Last minute, I needed a pair of cowboy boots and western wear for a fundraiser with a “Cowboy Luau” theme and was running short on time. The staff and customer service were outstanding. They helped me pick out boots, jeans, a shirt, and a belt, and had me completely outfitted in less than an hour.

I normally want to be left alone when shopping, but I was approached by a young lady who accompanied me and made suggestions based on my preferences. I appreciate her attentiveness. “I would like to let everyone know that this store is awesome. I was in a panic trying to find my youngest grandson a specific AL Jersey in small. I did so many searches on the internet and Alumni Hall in Huntsville, AL came up that they had one so, when I went to check out it was no longer available. I sent a message to the store an Allie returned my message with a phone number to call so, I called and they had the Jersey that I was looking for and put it in the mail yesterday and I received it today. It was beyond my expectations. “I recently placed an online order with Sephora for in-store pickup. However, I inadvertently selected a serum instead of a face wash. Upon realizing my error, I promptly visited the Sephora location to facilitate an exchange.
I was immediately acknowledged and greeted by Fae. I explained the situation, and she began searching for the correct face wash. After looking on the shelf she realized it was no longer displayed and she offered to check the back stock, noting a recent store refresh that might have resulted in its relocation. Within approximately one minute, Fae returned with the face wash. I expressed my sincere gratitude for her proactive assistance in checking the back room.
The return process was seamless, and Fae maintained a consistently pleasant demeanor throughout. Her exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations, and as a direct result, I will prioritize this particular location for all my future Sephora needs.”

“My daughter and I went to Foot Locker in Huntsville on 7/29/25 to look for some school shoes. The customer service that we received was great! Despite them being busy when we first walked in, we were still greeted by the staff. The young man that assisted my daughter in bringing out the sizes was also really good and attentive. For him to have had quite a few customers, our wait time for him to get the shoes from the back wasn’t bad either. We only had to wait roughly 5 minutes. The girls at the cash register were also nice and courteous. I highly recommend this location and will be shopping with them more often! Thank you guys for the great shopping experience!”

“I ended up checking this used clothing store while running errands, and it turned out to be a pretty good find. The selection was larger than I expected, with everything from casual clothes to a few name-brand pieces mixed in. Some racks took a little digging through, but that's kind of part of the fun. Prices were fair, and the staff greeted me without being pushy. I even found a jacket that looked almost new for way less than I would've paid elsewhere. I'll probably come back when I have more time to browse because you never know what you'll come across.”

“**(UPDATE 4/15/24) Was back in Huntsville looking for some New Spring time clothing and what a Great Selection of Clothing Roman’s had. They must have received their big Spring Order in because I saw A lot of new clothing that had not been there since the last time I was in town. ( I always make time to swing by when I’m in Huntsville because I have a busy schedule and they have such a large store and big selection of Dress Suits and Casual Clothing that I don’t have to run around to different stores) I wound up getting some Nice Spring colored shirts. Definitely coming back soon to look at their Suit Collection, they Definitely have a Great Selection of Sharp Suits!I’m A Big Guy, 6’4 285 lbs. and I was So Happy to find a Store here in Huntsville that had a Huge Selection of Stylish Clothes and Suits/ Dress Shirts for Large Guys my size and bigger. The Owner, His Family and Sales Associate are so kind and helpful helping you find what you need. The selection is huge, so if you have any questions, they are ready to help you find the style or size that you are looking for.They also have a Rack of different Dress Shirts with all the different sizes so you can try it on to find the one that fits you perfect. This helped me so much. I will Definitely be buying Clothes from these Nice People for a Long Time!!!”
