“I can't say enough good things about my visit today. Mikayla was awesome from the start. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store and helped me find the right fit in jeans. I chose one of the pairs of Buckle Black soft knit denim jeans and she found me a similar pair available via Buckle online to ship to my house.
I was pleasantly surprised to see this level of customer service in 2026. I had just left Belk, where the store was a mess and no one spoke to me the whole 20 minutes I was in there. I'm so glad I tried Buckle before giving up. Keep up the good work Bridge Street Buckle. I might update my wardrobe more than once a year now.

“I shop here way too much, and I will never stop. I know that I can walk in and find an outfit for any event. Jeans and a tee for a casual day, a beautiful dress for a wedding/event, or a new skirt for church. They carry a wide selection of misses AND plus sizes, which is rare for a boutique. I dance between a size L and an XL so I pull items from both sections, and I am never disappointed. Besides clothing, they carry cute gift items and home décor: candles, puzzles, sunglasses, purses, wooden signs, etc. Plus, TSD is a small, locally owned store, so you can feel good about where you're money is going, and you always know how much they appreciate your business. You can shop in store or online, and now there is a cute little APP! I cannot recommend TSD enough. :)”
“We loveeeeeeee FOR Thrift Store!! First of all it’s a pretty drive and setting ?. The front porch is always a great start for shopping and then once inside so much to choose from!!!!!!! Everything categorized for easy shopping and well displayed. And of course great bargains!! And the fact that it’s all done for the animals makes it all worthwhile. The volunteers are wonderful and selfless of the time they give to make your experience a great one. I’ve shopped here for years and highly definitely recommend FOR!!!!!!”

“The gritter at the door was extremely nice and polite. He was asking everyone as they entered if they needed assistance finding anything and directed them to the proper locations. However, he did the same with me. Came over. Showed me a few items and then went back assisting any other customers in the area. Actually this day the line wasn't long. Didn't have long to wait. Was able to check out extremely quickly for a last minute item that was needed.”

“I was going from Belk to Dillards shopping for a pair of shoes and some casual dress shirts for work today when I decided to stop in Buckle. I normally want to be left alone when shopping, but I was approached by a young lady who accompanied me and made suggestions based on my preferences. I appreciate her attentiveness. It was all together a good experience where I felt like I was shopping with someone who cared and not being hovered by a sales person where I could not think about what I want. The shirts I bought are going to look good with the rest of my wardrobe too. Thanks for the help! I work with people twice her age with degrees and not nearly as mature or caring.”
“I stopped in this location to pick up some luggage and their selection was pretty nice! There wasn’t too much traffic, so I was able to browse around comfortably. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a little bit of everything in this store. For what I was shopping for, the prices were pretty decent!”

It’s nestled between Mellow Mushroom, SweatLocal and Balance the Curve - right at the bottom of Cecil Ashburn before heading over to Hampton Cove. Super convenient to anyone in South Huntsville or Jones Valley. I have gotten so many outfits for special occasions from this hidden gem. Affordable prices and great style. Plus the owner gets to know her customers and knows what will look good on me before I even ask to try on! Love this place.”

“Came in for the first time and was not greeted by the cashier however i was greeted by a customer. Cashier was a little stale when i engaged her in conversation but all in all it is a very beautiful store and i got my lil mini me some very beautiful outfits for summer and winter. All in all i will definitely be back to purchase more items. Store is very clean and smells so good. They carry my favorite local honey so thats a big plus. I only took a star because customer service is not that good, the cashier is just there.”
