“I visited Monkee’s about a 2 weeks ago in search of a Mother’ Day gift. I live in the neighborhood and took the “path of least resistance” to find a store and pick something for my Mother. I was immediately helped by Madeline, who guided me to the eye glasses section and recommended a stylish pair that would suit my Mom’s style; after giving a brief description of what she typically likes, color schemes, look, etc.
Well, my gift was a hit. And now my Mom visits this store bi-weekly to browse their inventory and talk with the staff.

“I can't say enough good things about my visit today. Mikayla was awesome from the start. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store and helped me find the right fit in jeans. I chose one of the pairs of Buckle Black soft knit denim jeans and she found me a similar pair available via Buckle online to ship to my house.
I was pleasantly surprised to see this level of customer service in 2026. I had just left Belk, where the store was a mess and no one spoke to me the whole 20 minutes I was in there. I'm so glad I tried Buckle before giving up. Keep up the good work Bridge Street Buckle. I might update my wardrobe more than once a year now.

“I love the selection here!! The clothes are unique from other stores while still being trendy. I was mostly in love with their dresses. If you are looking for a short or mid length dress, informal or formal, they have them! A good portion of the store, yes, has clothes and accessories that are a bit pricey. They do have a decent sized clearance section. I found a bracelet stack that was discounted even lower than the tag so I paid about $7 for a bracelet stack. Store was clean and employees attentive and kind!”

Each one of a kind. Only two in the store and one is mine. Can't order either. No more available. I love it. From head to toe. Even had to order my shoes.”
“Last minute, I needed a pair of cowboy boots and western wear for a fundraiser with a “Cowboy Luau” theme and was running short on time. The staff and customer service were outstanding. They helped me pick out boots, jeans, a shirt, and a belt, and had me completely outfitted in less than an hour.

“I I visited this store looking for blue jeans to fit me. I'm full figured and short, so I was having trouble finding the right size. Bought several pair and ended up returning them. The store didn't have my size, so the employees called other stores to find a pair for me.They were so friendly and patient with me over these complicated transactions! “I was going from Belk to Dillards shopping for a pair of shoes and some casual dress shirts for work today when I decided to stop in Buckle. I normally want to be left alone when shopping, but I was approached by a young lady who accompanied me and made suggestions based on my preferences. I appreciate her attentiveness. It was all together a good experience where I felt like I was shopping with someone who cared and not being hovered by a sales person where I could not think about what I want. The shirts I bought are going to look good with the rest of my wardrobe too. Thanks for the help! I work with people twice her age with degrees and not nearly as mature or caring.”

“I would like to let everyone know that this store is awesome. I was in a panic trying to find my youngest grandson a specific AL Jersey in small. I did so many searches on the internet and Alumni Hall in Huntsville, AL came up that they had one so, when I went to check out it was no longer available. I sent a message to the store an Allie returned my message with a phone number to call so, I called and they had the Jersey that I was looking for and put it in the mail yesterday and I received it today. It was beyond my expectations. “Fantastic fitness studio in South Huntsville! I've been coming to this studio whenever I'm in town for the last 10 years because it provides a great workout, friendly environment (staff and clients), and a clean space. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by smiling faces at the front desk (shout out to Amy!) and welcomed in to a very clean and organized studio. The instructors are all well-trained and provide good feedback to ensure you do the exercises correctly and to give motivation. They've built a nice community of people, so you have a friendly atmosphere with the other clients and a team that really encourages you to come. 5 stars hands down!”
