“I visited Monkee’s about a 2 weeks ago in search of a Mother’ Day gift. I live in the neighborhood and took the “path of least resistance” to find a store and pick something for my Mother. I was immediately helped by Madeline, who guided me to the eye glasses section and recommended a stylish pair that would suit my Mom’s style; after giving a brief description of what she typically likes, color schemes, look, etc.
Well, my gift was a hit. And now my Mom visits this store bi-weekly to browse their inventory and talk with the staff.

“Started riding my mountain bike over the weekend and have found that I really enjoy riding like I was nine years old again. Noticed yesterday that the front tire was losing air quickly and took it to REI, they’re actually the only place open on a Monday morning. Jeremy was the bike technician that took care of me this morning, not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he showed me how to take the tire off so I don’t have to bring the whole bike in next time. We had some light conversation about his favorite trails in the Huntsville area, he had me out of there in 20- 30 minutes. We even had to laugh about how I had to find to sign a form stating that REI is not responsible for me not knowing how to ride a bike, or falling off my bike. We do live in different times!
I highly recommend REI bike services. That’s who I’ll be using moving forward.”

“I can't say enough good things about my visit today. Mikayla was awesome from the start. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store and helped me find the right fit in jeans. I chose one of the pairs of Buckle Black soft knit denim jeans and she found me a similar pair available via Buckle online to ship to my house.
I was pleasantly surprised to see this level of customer service in 2026. I had just left Belk, where the store was a mess and no one spoke to me the whole 20 minutes I was in there. I'm so glad I tried Buckle before giving up. Keep up the good work Bridge Street Buckle. I might update my wardrobe more than once a year now.

“I shop here way too much, and I will never stop. I know that I can walk in and find an outfit for any event. Jeans and a tee for a casual day, a beautiful dress for a wedding/event, or a new skirt for church. They carry a wide selection of misses AND plus sizes, which is rare for a boutique. I dance between a size L and an XL so I pull items from both sections, and I am never disappointed. Besides clothing, they carry cute gift items and home décor: candles, puzzles, sunglasses, purses, wooden signs, etc. Plus, TSD is a small, locally owned store, so you can feel good about where you're money is going, and you always know how much they appreciate your business. You can shop in store or online, and now there is a cute little APP! I cannot recommend TSD enough. :)”
“I went in looking for a wedding dress and honestly wasn’t expecting much but was so pleasantly surprised!! They had so many beautiful options! Unfortunately none of them were my size but the service they provided was outstanding!! They made sure I was comfortable, offered help, and encouraged me to try on items I wasn’t sure about but turned out amazing! Wish I could have left with a dress but the experience was great enough! “Better quality dresses. Seams are better made. Materials are thicker and stand up better long term. You can spend $40 at Ross or TJ Max and dresses/blouses will wear out in a couple of months. Invest in better quality! Yes it costs $20 more on average but will last and is a better investment in the long run. Note: I have no ponies in this race. Tell them Jim sent you :)”
“I just have to give the employees praise. All of them were great. Every customer in there shopping had help, which I rarely see when shopping. Michaela was exceptionally helpful to me. She gave me a painless bra fitting and was extremely knowledgeable. She helped me to find the style and fit that I was looking for. I usually hate bra shopping and she really made it easy.”

“I would like to let everyone know that this store is awesome. I was in a panic trying to find my youngest grandson a specific AL Jersey in small. I did so many searches on the internet and Alumni Hall in Huntsville, AL came up that they had one so, when I went to check out it was no longer available. I sent a message to the store an Allie returned my message with a phone number to call so, I called and they had the Jersey that I was looking for and put it in the mail yesterday and I received it today. It was beyond my expectations. “This is THE CUTEST clothing store I’ve ever been to! Whether it’s the sweet & helpful young ladies that work here, the top quality of materials and the uniqueness of each item, I felt like I was in clothing heaven. The store reminded me of what Taylor Swifts’ closet would look like!!! Idc if I’m 39, lol it was totally my vibe! They even had a clearance section with fantastic pieces!
Lastly, the kind lady at the cash register walked around the desk to hand us our shopping bags and I just thought that was top tier level customer service! Great job ladies!”
“I was going from Belk to Dillards shopping for a pair of shoes and some casual dress shirts for work today when I decided to stop in Buckle. I normally want to be left alone when shopping, but I was approached by a young lady who accompanied me and made suggestions based on my preferences. I appreciate her attentiveness. It was all together a good experience where I felt like I was shopping with someone who cared and not being hovered by a sales person where I could not think about what I want. “Last minute, I needed a pair of cowboy boots and western wear for a fundraiser with a “Cowboy Luau” theme and was running short on time. The staff and customer service were outstanding. They helped me pick out boots, jeans, a shirt, and a belt, and had me completely outfitted in less than an hour.
Everyone was helpful, professional, and made the process easy, especially when I was already stressed and pressed for time. Top-notch service and very much appreciated. Highly recommend”
