“I originally booked a rental with Budget, but my flight was delayed and did not arrive until after midnight when all the car rentals technically close. The Budget desk closed, so I was unable to pick up my rental, but the young man at the Enterprise desk stayed until the last flights got in, even with the delays! He was so helpful and kind, and he set me up with a great rental to help me get home after a long, stressful day of travel!”

On top of that, he stepped up and gave me a discounted rate to make up for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated.

“I'm officially a budget rental car fan. I had a reservation with enterprise and got screwed over. I reserved a vehicle and when I showed up I was told they didn't have my vehicle nor could I rent a vehicle with a debit card.
Budget not only found me a vehicle at the last minute they also allowed me to rent my vehicle with a debit card. The rental was also an upgrade to what I was going to rent from enterprise plus it was less expensive! Hats off to Budget rental cars at the Birmingham airport! Great job keep up the good work and excellent customer service. Thank you!”
“The lady, I forgot her name but she's a black lady, picked up the car, took a few minutes which surprised me bc I use to have to wait in enterprise for awhile, came back dropped it off and the same lady. She is phenomenal and her customer service is amazing. I will definitely rent at this specific location again and I recommend this place.”

“I want to recognize the manager who was working the booth this morning (I believe her name may have been Kioka). I had an issue with a car I received the previous day and needed to exchange it, as I was leaving town later this afternoon.
She went above and beyond to help me despite the limited inventory she had available. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to work through the situation made a stressful moment much easier, and it did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate the level of service she provided.
I highly recommend the Hertz location at Birmingham–Shuttlesworth International Airport based on this experience.”

He was also there when I dropped off. Took less than 5 minutes. I usually use the airport location because of customer service but this was an unexpected great ecperience.”
