“After 2 years my phone died so I returned for a new one .The young man was so helpful and had my new phone up and all my contacts transfered ,even took the time to key in some contacts that didn't ..Definitely would recommend this place .I hope management appreciates this young man .Good customer service is rare these days.This young man deserves recognition.”

“Wonderful customer service! I called them to ask if they had an Ethernet to USB adapter and the man who answered looked on their shelves for me, but they were out at the time. But he even went into the back and looked in some boxes for them. He called me back and said that he couldn't find them there but that his father in law (I believe he said the owner of the store?) Has a storage unit and believed he had one there. Truly went above and beyond to try and help me find this item.”

“Jonathan A was our tv sales associate. He gets salesperson of the year award!!! Introduced himself, asked our name. Took us right to some tvs we might consider. Asked what room tv was for & how much light. He was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the difference between models of the same name brand & other brands. I told another customer to wait until we were through and let him help them which they did, so he got 2 sales. BB should clone him because he is a very dedicated & knowledgeable employee.
Quite frankly he was so nice & knows his stuff so well, I was afraid I would buy a 2nd tv to replace 1 that doesn't need replacing.

“It’s a Saturday around lunchtime and there seems to only be a couple of employees working. Almost 10 people in line waiting to be helped. This is what you get when Verizon gets rid of the majority of their corporate stores, yet so many things you can’t do at your local dealer and you’re required to find a corporate store.”
