“This store is the best!! I know all the Publix are great. They are all clean and organized. But this one I love to go to. The employees are all so nice and helpful they are always smiling, and always offering to help you with anything. I love this store so much I put in an application to work part time lol. Not only is it convenient to my house but the pharmacy is great also. I just moved down here and this was my first store I went to. They are always stocked up on everything also. Definitely my favorite store down here!!”
“Clean and organized store with a large selection compared to the store size. Sadly nothing I was looking for but still a lot of things to choose from. Can find fresh produce and meat and an assortment of what seemed to be Korean, Vietnamese and Chinese ingredients.”

“Was looking forward to be able to shop here again after moving from the mountain west. Love their imported items, and their home items. Got a $40 electric chainsaw last visit that works great. Snack packs are great, although they frequently run out.”

“Nice store. But never has these individual yogurt smoothies in stock.. if they get some I buy all they get if I catch them at right time ( usually 4 or 6 tops)( two flavors). I can't find them anywhere else though. Also I wish they would carry lucky strike cigarettes ?. I live in the neighborhood literally next to the store so I'm in there ALL the time”

“The Dollar General on Pine Grove and Wall Triana is a great place to get what you need quickly. You can get food staples, clothes, housewares, pet supplies, and seasonal items. The staff are always friendly even though there are not many of them.”

“Taylor is MY pharmacist. On Jan 15, we were about 4 inches of snow deep and it was still sleeting. My youngest son (2 yrs old) woke up from his nap screaming in pain (ear infection). Our pediatrician was very helpful and did a virtual appointment and was looking for somewhere to call our prescription in with everything closed. I called Publix, which is our normal pharmacy, and talked to Taylor. He said that they were about to close due to the weather as well. He must have heard the need in my voice, because he said he would wait on me to get there. I got on my bike (yes, my bicycle) and raced there and Taylor was waiting on me. He really showed he cared about his clients. 5 out of 5 stars.”

“I stopped in today while out picking up trash in the area. They had the snacks I wanted and the Cashier was friendly and wished me a good day after I paid and was leaving. She was kinda new to the store and had started in June. I think today showed me this is what most DG’s I do business with are: consistent products, good prices with 2 for or 3 for deals and kind Cashiers! I also am grateful when I’m able to use the restroom if the need is there. These are good little stores that have many of my favorite snacks and other things. “We those people who go to Walmart multiple times in a week. My husband has been wanting a cologne nothing special nothing crazy expensive but it is locked up. We have been in molten Walmart, Decatur, Walmart, Huntsville, Walmart, as well as the Madison Walmart multiple times over the last couple of months and almost every time we were there we would ask somebody to help us or hunt down someone to ask to open the cologne case so we can just grab one. But never could get access to a helpful person or someone who knew who had a key.
We always told the exact same thing “I don’t have a key, or Let me find somebody, or were told I don’t know who has a key let me ask , and we end up standing there at times for 15 to 20 minutes or longer with no one ever coming back no one ever helping us.
We were in the Madison Walmart on November 14th and I once again ask for help- the girl says “yeah I don’t know who has a key” I then ask her if we could at least get someone or Manager then she tells me “oh I’m not sure who the manager is that’s working today because my managers off “ and she just looks at me. I said well that’s really dumb answer I’m gonna find someone. Find a nice gentleman who is walking with me to the front saying I don’t know let’s find out who has the key when my husband text me someone actually helped him.
He was so sweet he got him the cologne he’s been trying to get for literally two months and the stuff does not even cost over $10. Sad we had to wait this long to get help with this. My husband was so excited that someone finally helped us. He is dragging me through the store determined to show me who this guy is, but we couldn’t find him again. Then when we check out, he is right at the front helping with the online orders. We were able to thank him again and get his name.
Robbie- I use to work there at the bank and I know yall do recognitions in the meetings. Langford needs a shout out, needs a raise and some praise for going above and beyond!!! He didn’t tell him no or I don’t know and he was able to help him when we could not get anybody to give us a straight answer or even really attempt to help us for two months!!!”
“I am a huge fan of this location. There were a few quirks before with the reward system that annoyed me at first but that is no longer a problem. They have very cold beverages in the refrigerator, the items you need in a pinch to finish/start a meal and snacks to get you through. The staff has always been friendly to me and now they offers pizza too. Great place to get gas and more.”

“Staff and pharmacists are so friendly and helpful! They answer my questions, take care of our family's prescriptions, and even give vaccinations in a timely manner. They even hell with non-prescribed things, such as allergy medicines and cough syrups! 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!”

“Never been in even a truck stop with this level of quality grocery choices that will allow me to reduce my grocery bill while traveling and staying in Airbnbs. The crisis IGA was clean, well organized, had good selections and included the gas station quickie store of cold beverage selections, but also had wine, frozen foods, fresh produce and fruit, typical grocery store selections fir cooking, and even butcher cuts of meats if you're wanting to grill steaks with your wine. I grabbed some smuckers frozen PB&J as week as a hazelnut sandwich which might make a good sweet snack or breakfast. Quick in and out. Pleasant crew. Even outside dining and a sandwich shoppe (Which Wich?) Which I did not stop to checkout, so can't review but looked julienned but short of a true deli, kind of like Arby's has been offering high end options like French dip, ands other sandwiches. All this and gas with bathrooms!.”
“Kroger’s is officially the best grocery store nationwide. Went there and received the best service from Mich, Cade, and Wayne. The leadership at Kroger‘s is top-tier. Everybody was helpful and they also worked great together as a team, which really means a lot as many organizations say that they work together harmoniously. Everyone from the district manager on down Was fabulous!. Best grocery shopping experience I’ve had in my life. Then went over to the flower and the woman they’re doing the bouquets was amazing as well. Kroger’s is a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend them if you’re looking for supportive staff clean store lovely environment and great prices. Keep up the great work you all you’re really Are doing an amazing job!. Standard set!.”
