“Slow process. Pet goats running around. Restrooms dirty. Office crowded with stuff for sale. The two wheels car hauler was difficult to use. We gave up and used flatbed trailer of family.”

“I absolutely love this Uhaul, they are the best and truly took my bad day to a great day. They are so kind and sweet, patient is an understatement as they went above and beyond for us. Kevin thank you for installing the hitch for us after 2pm. Sequoia thank you for all your assistance with everything else. We were coming from Auburn AL to pick up some equipment and didn’t realize we were not equipped properly. The Uhaul on government road deserves 10 out of 5 stars. “One of our tractors had regen problems. We got a rental tractor to finish route. Ryder fix the problem. When I pick up tractor was missing right mud flap asked to have it replaced. Service manager immediately got tech to replace and was on my way. Great customer service both from management and technicians”
“I can’t say enough great things. Check in was so easy and fast. The staff helped attach the trailer to our vehicle. We were quickly on our way. Once we realized the items we were moving would fit in our Tahoe, we drove back and had the intention of dropping off the trailer. We were offered a full refund when that’s not what we had expected at all. We had planned on paying full price because we rented it and had it in our possession about an hour. What great customer service, and it was delivered with a smile. Highly recommend this location!”
