“Even though they don’t take Tricare, they are very kind. If they do take your insurance, you should use them. Pharmacies like this are unique. It’s the people. Trying dealing with the box store pharmacies for one month and you will understand. Them not taking my insurance is beyond their control, and they were sympathetic about it. Even told me the closest place that did take my insurance.”

“The store itself is great and everything seems to usually work. Busier sometimes more than othes, but usually because people can't follow directions and come in the wrong way. Then they get blocked or try to go out the wrong way as well. It's not like there are signs and arrows everywhere!”

“I can not say enough good things about this place!! We were with a chain pharmacy for many years. It did the job, until we had a child diagnosed with a chronic medical condition that requires daily medication to keep her alive. There were several times the other place wouldn’t have the medication ready in time and knew nothing about us when I called to ask questions. I knew it was time for a change. We changed to Margaret Pharmacy and it has been such a blessing! They know us by name and do whatever possible to make sure we always have what we need. We are much more than a number to them and it shows! Mark and his staff have been so helpful and I could not be more thankful to have found them!”

The drive through is so convenient and they are quick. The longest I've waited was 20 min. They also text you when your prescription is ready! Love that! “We've been customers at Carroll Pharmacy for over 25 years. They make a point of helping you with your medications; they've even sent the prescriptions to another location for us when we couldn't pick it up on the date that we needed them. They've stayed open a little late to help us out. They offer comparisons between items when one item is not available from the manufacturer due to shortages and suggest alternatives. Their prices on medications are better than anyone else around. They give you information on the costs if the drug will be more expensive than expected. They've always been helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Carroll Pharmacy for all of your prescription needs.”

“I usually love going to Sam’s but the one in Trussville was just Plain filthy . I understand that they are very busy during this holiday season ! But it’s so unacceptable for the bathrooms to be in that condition! No toilet paper in the stalls either ! But it’s was just filthy ! They are definitely shorthand’s so I understand. They had to close the cafe because of being short handed !”

“I genuinely love this place! I hate shopping, all shopping, but I love it here! The prices are usually unbeatable and scan and go is a game changer!
The bakery has simple things like chocolate chip cookies, or more elevated goods like focaccia and ciabatta bread.
Their quality of meats, especially steak, is unmatched. They've recently added a sushi bar and that is what prompted me to write this review. OMG it's seriously good! And it even comes with Wasabi, ginger, and reduced sodium soy sauce!
I definitely feel like I'm getting the best for my dollar here!”

“Came here for the sale on detergent for the week and the staff at this particular location are so helpful and polite! I had gone to the fultondale location yesterday & they were out the Leeds location is on my way to work so I stopped by there now there weren't any bottles on the shelf but one of the associates so kindly said let her have a look in the back she then bought out a cart with several items to choose from and I really appreciate that! She could've easily said they were out but she went the extra mile for me! She was sweet and so was the lady at the register when I checked out ...they literally made my day it's the small things that's everything!”

“I want to give a big shoutout to Leeds Walgreens!!
I needed to get the rabies vaccine for school. This vaccine isn’t commonly sought out or available, let alone approved by insurance. I called many other local pharmacies, some wouldn’t even administer it, answer the phone, or help me navigate the insurance issues.
As a last ditch effort I called Leeds Walgreens, they answered promptly and told me to come fill out some paperwork since I wasn’t a client there. They ran my insurance anyway and told me the vaccine was covered 100%! They ordered it for me and had it in the next day. They have been SO kind and helpful. They saved me over $1,000!
Also watching them interact with other clients while I was waiting, they are very kind and efficient. Very very happy with my experience!

“As I was shopping here today I overheard the Manager (I think his name is Jeff) speaking to everyone (employees and customers) so kindly. I overheard many conversations he had with others since the store is kind of quiet, it was refreshing to hear him try to make everyone's day. He treated the employees respctfully and with great care. I bet they really enjoy working for him. He answered a question for me, he made sure to stop what he was doing and gave me his undivided attention. Retail is often a thankless job, but it was awesome to hear how many times he told employees "Thank You". I will be shopping here more regularly because of him. He deserves to be recognized for his kindness and for how efficiently he helped customers”
