“After spending hours at the Apple store who said they needed to erase my phone to install a screen I called Cellaxs. He met me late at night after hours for an emergency screen repair, had it done in less than 5mins for 1/4 the cost of Apple, didn't require any phone reset or data loss. It's working perfectly. “My iPhone 15 got harder to charge. The charge cord wouldn’t stay in and finally would not charge at all. I took it to AT&T and they determined the charging port was clogged with stuff. I wear overalls and have a drawstring attached to the phone, to have easy access. They dug and dug. Potato chips, cookies, saw dust, no telling what. No Charge! I purchased a magnetic charger, new magnetic case and screen protector. It’s hard to find service like this now days! THANKS! The next day, the Lady taught me how to use the magnetic charger. THANKS AGAIN!! Us old folks need lots of help. It’s great to see this amount of understanding and help.”

I found a store in Irondale Latifa and hendry greeted me with a smile when I walked in saved me money and set up my phone they also imported my contacts. “My husband had broken his phone and had to go to Best Buy to buy a phone. Due to poor customer service at Best Buy, they would not set up his phone that he had just purchased until a later date (No excuse). So we had visited this AT&T location since it was so close. The customer service there was absolutely phenomenal! Ethan is fantastic! He was so kind, patient, understanding and so extremely helpful. I will go as far to say that 1.) The service from Ethan is the best service that I have received anywhere in a long time and 2.) the overall experience at this location is much more better than any AT&T location they I have ever visited. Up to that visit, I even debated keeping AT&T. Now, I am willing to continue my service with them and willing to drive further because I love this location so much. Ethan, I hope you see this review! Mr. Moore greeted me as soon as I opened the door with a warm and welcoming smile which immediately placed me at ease. I was not looking forward to adding a line to my account because generally there are mishaps in billing.
Mr. Moore was extremely patient as he LISTENED to my concerns. He allowed to me see and experience the difference in the devices as I made my careful selection.
Mr. Moore explained my various options and in real time showed me what fit my expectations.
While still remaining very patient Mr. Moore allowed me to ask questions as he answered in a way that made me feel valued. His “can do” demeanor throughout my time in the store was beyond what I expected. He was dedicated to service and not just a sale.
I could continue but I will summarize this review with a “Heartfelt Thank You” to Mr. Moore for such an awesome experience and for the kindness he demonstrated in my visit to the Fultondale Verizon Store.

I also really appreciate how well the entire office staff is always ready to assist each other whenever I had a question.
