I went to Home Depot's competition to buy a few pieces of lumber and it was frustrating because they did not have the lumber labeled. Frustrated, I went to Home Depot and all of the lumber was labeled therefore I knew exactly where to find what I needed. Little stuff like that makes a difference.”
