“Very large and open location. The store appears clean and very well stocked. They have a very good selection of books and other merchandise as well as a coffee shop. Easy to get to with plenty of parking spaces. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.”
“This store was very neat and clean. The customer service was impeccable. Everyone was so nice. There were no shortage of any books I was looking for (Many copies) They let me know if any were not available at the time, they would be happy to order them.”
“Always have a surplus of goods. Though I wish the Clothes area was a little more organized. Prices are definatly cheaper than Walmart, some by alot, some not so much.
One thing is make sure you sign up for the rewards(free) you get emails on wgat products they recently bought out , almost allowing you first pick on some of the goods.”

“I loved my experience at this Build a Bear. I already felt emotional having to bring my bear I made when my mom passed to get the sound replaced. When I made the bear at a different location I did not have a good experience so I was anxious this time around. Kinsley at the Hoover location was so helpful, so enthusiastic, sweet, and kind. She helped me record the sound without background noise as soon as she could open the store and she was super sweet during the process of getting my bear stitched back up. I could tell she loves her job and is great at it. Really happy with this experience that I was so emotional and anxious for.”

“Wow! Don’t skip this store! Run don’t walk!! We could hardly stop shopping at closing time. The manager even went to the back and brought out items my son in law was interested in. A charity to provide help for foster children and families. Yes, we will return!”
