“Wonderful customer service! I called them to ask if they had an Ethernet to USB adapter and the man who answered looked on their shelves for me, but they were out at the time. But he even went into the back and looked in some boxes for them. He called me back and said that he couldn't find them there but that his father in law (I believe he said the owner of the store?) Has a storage unit and believed he had one there. Truly went above and beyond to try and help me find this item.”

Went down there explained my situation and they were professional enough to say hey, that's not something we do but call this other company instead. I appreciate when a company is honest like that and will give a referral to someone who's better suited for specific situation or problem. “I went in to the Fieldstown store on 3/5/24 to switch over my phone that I received from T-Mobile. Rowdy was awesome. I brought in my case and screen protector that I intended to put on myself after switching phones but without any hesitation he put then on for me. It took about 45 minutes to transfer my information over. I thought I'd just be sitting there but as long as he didn't have another customer he talked to me about different products & things in Gardendale that helped the time go by quickly. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile.”

“Candace was very helpful and solved problems I’ve been having with my new phone and service for the last three days. I was frustrated from dealing with several different T-Mobile customer service representatives who were nice but couldn’t help me. Whenever I called customer service they gave me the run around or just couldn’t fix anything and just directed me to go to T-Mobile physically but I didn’t have time. I ended up just calling the closest store to me and Candace was able to fix everything. She was also very patient about me calling repeatedly? and answered all my questions while talking me through it! I really appreciated it!”

“If you shop inside it is great. The layout is great, and the variety in the store is also really good. Since the redesign of the store, it is easier to find the things I need and feels like it has a better flow now. The pricing is pretty standard with the other Targets and the selection is pretty basic as well. The wine and champagne area is extremely aesthetically pleasing as well as the produce section. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner and staff can be hard to find sometimes in the back of the store but overall I like this store.”
