“I'm a recently new member to 24e, and to the gym in general. I've never been the type to enjoy working out...really ever. I took a class as a guest and actually really enjoyed it...it's hard work, but extremely rewarding once I finish the workout. I'm also the farthest thing from a morning person, but I found myself waking up at 4:30 to go to the 5am classes! It's such a great way to start the day, and I'm always excited to go back, whether it's an afternoon or morning class. The instructors are amazing, great at hyping you up, and keeping you going. All this to say, this is an amazing gym, with a a great gym community!”

The atmosphere is so positive and contagious. “Great place for cheer and gymnastics. This is their new facility and it is very spacious. They have a wide schedule that can fit your child's needs. They have an upstairs waiting areas for parents inside and outside of the gym. They are awesome with makeup days if class gets canceled for some reason. Very professional.”

“Always clean. Friendly helpful staff. Equipment somewhat older but always in good repair. Good selection of free weights. Tanning available. Dry sauna in men locker room, steam room in ladies locker room. No judgement atmosphere, people of all ages come here. Offers memberships for Silver Sneakers and Silver & Fit programs. Only real negative is lack of child care facility. They have a kids room, but it's been closed for "deep cleaning" for over a month at the time of this review.”
