3410 Joe Treadwell Dr, Mobile AL 36606
“Genuinely only writing a review to say how helpful and sweet Amber always is every time I go here. She is actually the reason I go out of my way to come to this post office because all other post office’s that I’ve gone to, I am met with rude and dismissive workers. Amber is the exact opposite and I never feel bad for having to take my time or having a complicated process. She’s the best.”

“West Mobile has grown leaps + bounds since this post office was first opened. It is a very small location and can be over crowded, especially during the holidays. I mail many items from here, both personal and online orders. The staff is for the most part very helpful.”

13255 Moffett Rd, Wilmer AL 36587
“During a crazy experience with USPS, Angela at the Wilmer, AL post office was nothing but helpful. After numerous attempts to solve a problem with a looping package with the 1-800 customer support number and getting nowhere, Angela was able to help the most and get the package to the destination. Thank you for your help.”
