“You need to search and look slowly when buying things in this store. You can always find "treasures" in a certain corner. The feeling of digging for treasures is very good. I found a pair of shoes, navy blue, I like them very much, and the price is also beautiful.”
“Usually, I use the pick-up/car delivery service. Target has an advantage over WalMart and Sam's because this service is free. By the time I apply the 5% Target Red Card Discount, the prices are about the same.I pull in to a parking spot, notify Target on the app, and within a few minutes my order is in the car. The "delivers" are friendly and efficient. This is a great service.Two of my favorite perks- I don't have to look for the item in the store therefore I don't find items to buy that are not on my shopping list.”

“It smells like a thrift store....but just remember that it's the smell of great deals. You can find books, and clothing. A lot of people shop for discontinued glass pieces. Great place to replace the lid for your vintage corning ware.Highly recommend. The prices are cheaper than the thrift stores in Jefferson county.”

“I was just at this store and met a nice man named James in the jewelry department. He was very nice and polite. I was shocked at how nice the store looked. I was telling him how my local store in California didn't look that nice. I wish I had more time to look again but I saw it on the mall and it was one of my favorite stores I had to stop in to see how different an Alabama JCPENNEY'S is to a California one. I bought a few things, if I had more time I would have bought more. Great customer service”

“The lady in the store (I assume the owner, I didn’t get her name) is always very helpful & went above & beyond helping me get what I needed for school. Although she doesn’t usually carry the color of a particular style I needed, she ordered them when she realized there were several of us looking for them. I went in to try on the style the other day & was informed she had ordered what I needed & they should be in later in the week. When I went in today, she had pulled what I needed (without me asking) & had them waiting when I went in. Just a great example of going above & beyond to help your customer.”

“Covid vaccines are hard to find in the state, but thanks to the Walmart app I was able to schedule an appointment at this location. Before traveling to the store, I called to confirm my appointment with the pharmacy. Once I arrived, I checked in with an associate by giving her my name and appointment time. She then checked my temperature and gave me a form to complete. After this I went to the counter and gave the pharmacy technician my ID/insurance card, verified my medical information that I gave on the app, gave me my vaccinations card and scheduled the appointment for my second shot. Next from there another associate took me to the vaccination are where I was given my vaccination. After the vaccination I had to sit and wait for 15 minutes to see if there were any reactions. I'm pleased with the process and excited that I was able to get my vaccine!”

“This Target is located in the perfect spot in Tuscaloosa, as it is close to most everything- including the UofA, the local Mall, Skyland Blvd., and it is centrally located to surrounding out lying cities. This Target is newer, and is very easy to get in and out of. The hours are convenient and the employees have always been nice and helpful.”

“All The ladies are always polite here and helpful and talkative especially the one up at the front register with the dreads she's friendly..they just need some air blowing in the store and a couple of seats for disability people in between shopping who can't stand long periods on there legs but want to shop there for there own self..and last please check the sensor stickers carefully. It went off on me the other day it wasn't a biggie but it could've been embarrassment..thats all..”
