“My very first visit to Legacy-Princeton Baptist Medical Center location was superb! I had a complicated situation but it was not complicated at all for three staff members that assisted me. Not that it took 3 to assist me, they were also focusing on other customers as their expertise were needed. I apologize to the teller that I do not remember her name; but she was the one that started working with me and my brother. However, I do remember Mrs. Mona Lisa and Mrs. Marja. “I have been with this Credit Union for almost 20 years with no real serious problems. A few hiccups now and again like with any other public service departments where you have to deal with people serving you. The only real problem I can say I have is finding an ATM that convenient sometimes that won’t charge me to use it. They otherwise are pretty good for me.”

“I usually do business at the midtown location of Avadian. But recently I stopped at the Colonnade location because it was more convenient for me that particular day.
The branch has recently moved from their spot next to the old Johnny Ray’s BBQ to a freestanding building that fronts on Colonnade Parkway.
I have always been pleased at every Avadian location I have used. But two of the employees I dealt with at the Colonnade that day took customer service to “the next level”.
Susan Dofash made me aware of a couple of services that Avadian offers that I didn’t know existed. And Elizabeth McDonald helped Susan answer some questions for which she didn’t have the answers.
They were both very helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I was a satisfied Avadian member.
