βThis was my second time shopping at this location. Everything was clean and stocked for the most part. The male manager at this DG is really nice. The only thing I don't like is that they are only open until 8pm..β
βGreat place for good bargains. They have books some electronics some food some pet supplies some cleaning products, some household products, paint, curtains, bedsheets, some automotive stuff like wiper blades and car washing supplies. Candles, flooring rugs . Go by and check them out if you haven't already.β
βNine years ago I originally gave this business on Greensprings 2 stars and no written review. Since that review, I have shopped this Ollie's location numerous times and have been pleasantly surprised by the improvements of this Ollie's location. This store is a much larger store than the Ollie's near me in Forestdale. I am very pleased with this store. The employees here are pleasant and helpful. I very much appreciate the lower prices and huge selection of merchandise. Raising my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. I wish I lived closer to this store, I'd be here a couple times a week. Be sure to get what you want when you see it as their merchandise changes since they buy various stores' merchandise when those stores are overstocked or going out of business. I wanted a toaster/air fryer over and kept waiting to get a coupon (Ollie's Army coupon) for 10-15% off. They sold out of the ovens before I got a coupon so I still don't have the oven I wanted...but I keep checking hoping they will get more in. Ollie's prices were $10-20 cheaper than regular retail stores and the same brand names.β

βI went to this store one evening and received the BEST service from Imari :). She was EXTREMELY polite and VERY knowledgeable. It seems so small, but I wanted legos for a therapy client and she was the most patient human ever. Thank you!!!β
βAlways have a surplus of goods. Though I wish the Clothes area was a little more organized. Prices are definatly cheaper than Walmart, some by alot, some not so much.
One thing is make sure you sign up for the rewards(free) you get emails on wgat products they recently bought out , almost allowing you first pick on some of the goods.β

βThis was one of the nicest & cleanest stores I have been in. Not to mention, the associates were friendly, not walking around with a nasty attitude. This is very uncommon to see this in a lot of Dollar Trees I go into, sadly. I'm from out of town, but if I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely visit this location again for anything I need to pick up quickly.β
βGreat place to shop for some bargains. If you ever went to Fred's when they were open it's very similar. They have clothing and household items like bathmats, rugs, towels, rags, sheets, cook wear, bed spreads. And some small electronics like radios or speakers.and lots of other thingsβ

βWas unaware that this specific location stays open til 10pm everyday except Sundays (close at 9pm sunday) but was pleasantly surprised as I was in desperate need of some excedrine & it kept me from having to go all thru a big store (Walmart lol). The workers were kind & quick getting me checked out.β

βWhen I was preparing to check out, I witnessed another customer yelling at one of the cashiers. The customer was extremely rude and disrespectful to the cashier. I was impressed by how the cashier handled the situation. She was very respectful and handled the situation very professionally. The woman's bathroom was very clean.β

βThis DG is probably one of the nicest Dollar General that Iβve been to for a while. Thereβs not that much clutter walk around easily.
Employees are super nice and helpful.β
βStopped by this dollar tree in search of a cooler bag for some ice cream. Found all the essentials, got some frozen pops, Vaseline and the hot/cold bag. I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews as I found the store to be pleasant, clean and empty with friendly employees. Worth a stop if you need to organize yourβ
βA very slept on retailer. They have lots of reasonably priced items from clothing to smal home decor, food and electronics. Shop here before you go anywhere else. Just with they had more cashiers.β
βLove shopping at Roses express they have got to stop closing these stores. I started out at Eastwood one North Birmingham now the Parkway. Please keep it open. I'm a senior citizen great buys for me.β
βManaged to get in the door to buy a few things before close but I didn't realize it had gone past closing time. The staff could have been friendlier as I stopped briefly to respectfully interact with the staff but no someone was holding the door wide, silent, giving me a death stare.
Is that what "showing someone the door" means because I've seen friendlier door-stops. And I though introductions to a means to enter of exit isn't usually so subtle lol.

βThis Dollar Tree really amazed me. It was stocked well and one of the neater ones that I've been in. There were actual stockers on the floor while I was there. Each $1 Tree is different. I found some nice little treasures at this one. The cashier was most pleasant. The stock guy, they called on him 2 or 3 times. He knows his store. He either walked straight to it or knew he didn't have it. The line was long and another cashier opened right up.β
βToday I went into Dollar general market and was more than pleasantly surprised as a person who works retail myself I was moved to tears LITERALLY..firstly to find something like this in my community!! Everything was fronted... pulled up.. clean & crisp I knew where I was going in the store I didn't have to step over stuff.. I had to go back and give the lady at the register a BIG kudos!! The seasonal aisles were clearly defined and clean there was no mixing of clearance and seasonal or things left to sit clearly out of place you could see where the work had been done to make it shoppable I could find everything I needed all the while being in awe of the dedication that the employees have to their jobs. Thank you it was truly a pleasure to shop there today. I've been to three DGs today I love them but this one EATS!!!β
βI have been going to this store for the last 5 years. Over the last year I can tell that they have a new manager/ staff. The store is always organized and you never see tons of boxes setting unopened like it was before. GREAT JOB.β
βWent there to get some baskets and I couldn't find the amount that I needed so I asked an employee and she was very helpful helping me look for them! She found 1 more of the one I needed. They didn't have all that I needed, but I appreciated her help looking for them!β
