“This is a pleasant Lowe's. They are consistently helpful (especially the guy in plumbing!) and go the extra mile. Nature is clean, and stocked. The only demerit is the draconian return policy. Absolutely no returns without a receipt or credit card payment. Just isn't always possible, though...”

“Some people think Lowe's and home Depot are the same but they are not. Each one has some individual items that you can't find at the other big box store. One example is backsplash for countertops. You can find different stone types of backsplashes for bathrooms at Lowe's... They really have a great selection. You are not going to find them at Home Depot. Four stars today cuz the 10-in x 36-in shelves I was looking for were not in stock.”

“DIY, Home builder, projects ... it's a place to get stuff for your home and projects. Fair selection of building materials and house hold items. Power equipment and tools, not a big selection of air tools though. Fair prices and Military discount. Check them out for your next home project.”

Once you do find someone, generally they have a good knowledge base and can offer information and ideas that you might not have thought of. Overall, this Home Depot is winning me over, I am usually a Lowe’s Fanboy…. Mainly because of Kobalt :)”

“This visit was actually surprising. I was taking advantage of the Makita tool sale and needed batteries and a couple of tools. Even though they wrote in different sections of the store, I was helped quickly and was out in under 20 minutes. It is always nice to get any help in Home Depot.”
