1200 North Muldoon Road, Anchorage AK 99504
“I recently picked up a specialty order item of Transcend Fibrex boards which are not stock items. We were notified as soon as the product came in, and were able to pick up the boards at the North Muldoon Road location. The experience with this Lowe’s location was easy, positive and worth noting because of the excellent customer service. Rose was the Lowe’s employee we worked with and she was extremely helpful! The product was awkward and tightly wrapped, and she jumped right in to help remove the packaging ( at our request). Rose made sure she had taken care of our needs before we left. I was very impressed with her professionalism. Thanks Rose and Lowe’s for making this a positive experience!”

“Best staff ever!!!! I had a pickup issue which was completely my fault, I didn’t realize the bench I bought was ~150 lbs and didn’t have anyone at that time to help me bring it in my place. I had a few Home Depot staff help me and they were so kind, professional, warm and wonderful people. They helped me set up a delivery date to my condo. I brought my dog inside because it was a hot day and he got so much love, it was better than the dog park! This is def Yukons favorite store now.”

“Alice and the cashier in lawn and garden were very kind and helpful which I appreciate very much. Too often store associates make me feel like I'm a bother or they think I'm going to steal something... so thanks yall for great customer service.”

“Had a great experience getting a key duplicated today. Zayda was an incredible help, she immediately understood what I needed and took care of the whole process for me. She was kind, generous, patient, and made everything really easy. Customer service like that stands out, and I hope she gets recognized for it. Thank you, Zayda!”

“I like Lowes better. The atmosphere and colors. The bathrooms are better too but Home adept is still a really good and just as an excellent choice. It just comes down to personal preference or which store you have visited more often. They both have the same things. Still a top notch store regardless.”

“Shout out to Levi. Super cool young man, asked us how he could help us and then proceeded to get us 4 bags of sand, load them on a flat cart and then loaded them into the car. If I could guarantee that level of customer support every time, I would never shop anywhere else. Great young man with an excellent personality and work ethic.”

“In and out fast. Several employees actually asked if I needed finding anything. And the pro desk check guy asked if he could check me out. Holy ravioli Customer service. What a concept. Keep it up guys.”
