“Their pet section is unrivaled in Alaska, they have a great little home goods corner full of high-end kitchen accessories. In the summer I love their plant and garden selection. It seems their houseplant section is expanding too. CHRISTMAS TREES fast, convenient, warm and fun. For Christmas they open an extra barn full of trees and wreaths. Their staff is so helpful- they take the tree to the front for you, give it a fresh cut- which helps it absorb more water once you get it home (they sell stands too) they wrap it neatly in plastic for you and they'll help you load it.”

“Walking into this sprawling garden center in Anchorage is like stepping into a lush, green oasis in the middle of Alaska. The greenhouses are absolutely massive and filled with a incredible variety of vibrant flowers, healthy shrubs, and unique indoor plants that make the air smell amazing. I loved wandering through the aisles of colorful hanging baskets and seeing all the locally grown starts that are perfect for the unique climate here. The staff is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable, always ready to give helpful advice on which plants will thrive in your specific garden space. They also have a wonderful selection of garden decor and high-quality tools, making it a true one-stop shop for anyone with a green thumb. It is such a peaceful and inspiring place to explore, even if you’re just looking for a little bit of nature and color on a cloudy day.”

“Best staff ever!!!! I had a pickup issue which was completely my fault, I didn’t realize the bench I bought was ~150 lbs and didn’t have anyone at that time to help me bring it in my place. I had a few Home Depot staff help me and they were so kind, professional, warm and wonderful people. They helped me set up a delivery date to my condo. I brought my dog inside because it was a hot day and he got so much love, it was better than the dog park! This is def Yukons favorite store now.”

“I like Lowes better. The atmosphere and colors. The bathrooms are better too but Home adept is still a really good and just as an excellent choice. It just comes down to personal preference or which store you have visited more often. They both have the same things. Still a top notch store regardless.”
