She knew I was in a hurry that day and put her complete attention on finding my perfect fit. What blew me away was how she was able to spend time with me AND continue to check in with other customers to make sure they had anything they needed. I felt taken care of despite how busy the store was that day. I highly recommend coming to this Puma and I will never forget Alex with her very cool firey orange hair!”

“I gave my 11 daughter a pair of my old Crocs. She loves them, so I decided to buy her a new pair of her own. When we went in we had trouble finding her size. Mateao came and asked if he may help. He found the right sizes for her. She didn't get the one pair she really wanted and one pair that she really wanted. We left with 2 pairs of Crocs and a bunch of jibbitz. Mateao and everyone else working there were pleasent to everyone in the store. Thank you Mateao. We will be back.”

“Crossiron Mills location has well trained staff and nice smiles. I had an exchange not only handled beautifully by management and the sales associate who processed it. Andrea not only took care of it but as my size was not in stock she had it shipped to my home. Excellent fast services. Up to minute trends, great sales, honest caring people and ahead of the times. This store was a bull moose during Covid over masks and hands but they dropped them with the provincial health laws too. Kudos ?”

“I had a 5 star experience today when I visited to look at converse shoes. I was greeted kindly when I walked in by a staff named Dianna. In addition she was patient and spent so much time letting me try on different shoes, sizes, and colours. Her coworker Kurstyn overhead me asking Dianna if they had a certain shoe in white and took the initiative to call their partner store Little Burgundy to see if they had it in stock. My experience was great and I'd return to buy here again. And would hope that Dianna and Kurstyn were working :) They were both very friendly, attentive and made my shopping experience wonderful. 5 STAR customer service!!!”

“Usually I find it really hard to receive a simple "hello" let alone any assistance in this store, but that changed on Black Friday of all days! Noopur was so extremely cheery and helpful. I had been carrying around a shoe I wanted a size for and despite how busy they were, they checked in with me and went searching for the size. And again, despite how busy they were, they HUNTED for that size. I'm so thankful for all your help, Noopur! Love the new Converse!”
