“I actually left a review before about an employee named Ellie, and I just have to say again she’s amazing! When I was in Marks today, the line was super long and I could tell she was under a lot of stress, but she still stayed friendly, calm, and professional the whole time. There was another cashier who was clearly new, and Ellie was incredible helping her out while still serving the customer she was with. You could tell she was juggling a lot, but she handled it like a total pro. Even though she was busy, we had a laugh together she’s got such a great sense of humor and such a positive attitude. Honestly, Ellie makes the whole shopping experience at Marks so much better. She really deserves to be recognized for how hard she works!”

“I walked into the store on Saturday, Nov 22, 2025 just before the store was getting ready to close. I was feeling so broken. Hating the way I felt about myself while trying on clothing. I had a huge event coming up and I needed clothes so I could look presentable, and knowing I had a gala to attend. I explained everything to these beautiful ladies. They said we have your back and took me under their wing. They found me a few outfits. I felt like crying when I left. Never has anyone taken the time to help me and make sure I felt beautiful. Thank you to the staff, no words could ever express what you did for me.”

“Attended Cross Mill Mall location on Sunday, October 26, 2025. The service was excellent. Multiple associates helped me and went above and beyond to find sizes/colours/fit and steam a blazer for me. The associates were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I believe my main girl was Harpreet (?). But all associates (4 in total) were so helpful. I used to shop at Dynamite many years ago before the quality of the merchandise deteriorated. It appears that some of the quality is coming back. The fit is a bit awkward on some of the merchandise – seemingly focused on crop/short-tops and small busts – but I was impressed with the quality/shape of their blazers and silk button shirts (you’ll have to size up). Disappointed that the only sizes left on many items were XS and S - when everyone in the store was looking for M or L. Yes, ordering online is an option – but this isn’t a solution. I would have purchased much more if it was available in store. Regardless, the service was incredible.”

She listened to my requests, changed my sizes, brought me amazing selections and gave me honest answers. I have been shopping at this location for 2 years, and I highly recommend it. Over the 2 years, I was preparing for interviews and wanted to dress for success. Everytime I shopped here to prepare, I got the job! I will be back.”
