Simplicity Car Care Calgary South is a highly regarded auto body and trim repair shop that goes above and beyond to provide top-notch service. Customers praise the professionalism and communication of the staff, particularly Samantha, who is known for her exceptional customer service. The team is praised for their ability to handle repairs efficiently, with one customer's car being repaired in less than a week after an accident. However, some customers have reported poor customer service at other Simplicity locations, with long delays in receiving quotes and limited responsiveness, leading them to seek services elsewhere.
