Surprising I’ve only had positive experiences at Gucci so far. Not outstanding customer service or anything, but at least the SAs greeted me and asked me if they could help. I’ve been happy with my purchases so far but the price increases have been getting insane.

I had a very pleasant experience at Gucci store, especially services provided by JIAQI ZOU . He was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Because of his services I will visit the store again and buy something else ! Thanks again !

We went to pick out my birthday present, and the service was wonderful. The associate, I believe her name was Susan, was lovely and very accommodating, especially with our little ones in tow. There was no pressure to buy—just honest and super friendly assistance. I’ll definitely be back for my next piece soon!
