The owner and his son were beyond kind. They were so welcoming, patient and attentive. “I was customer of BrinkHouse from last 20 years. All of a sudden I came to know that Birks bought BrinkHouse. At that time I lose my interest in watches, as I was buying Rolex always From BrinkHouse
Last year just wanted Rolex and I went to Birks Chinook. I met Connie at Birks and she helped me with my watch order. “I had so much fun picking out adorable ornaments for my tree. At one point I think I had about 30 of them in my basket and then I had to reevaluate ha ha. I wanted to get light weight ornaments that were not going to break. Decorating a tree to be both classy and kid friendly is often challenging.

The only thing I was missing was restraint.

“I have always heard good things about Green's, but this was my first visit. The man working greated me warmly and asked if I needed assistance or just wanted to browse. I asked him some questions about a piece of jewelry that I newly acquired. He had literally nothing to gain by helping me out, and yet he did. Because if his great customer service, I will definitely be coming back.

“I had two rings sized here. I called and they told me to drop them off on the Friday afternoon and they were ready by mid afternoon Monday. Given they are closed weekends this was an amazing turn around time as everywhere I had called said at least a week. Both gentlemen there were extremely friendly! They look the time to size my fingers to make sure they were going to be the sizes I needed. The entire process was quick and efficient! I am beyond happy with the quality I received! Both of my rings came back to me looking brand new with no evidence they had been sized! I cannot thank you enough for the amazing quality! “I had gone to another jeweller closer to me (in Airdrie) and they quoted be $685 + taxes to have a ring sized and a solder done on another. Went to Roberts and asked about what the other one was saying and they let me know that it didn't have to be done the way they were quoting and David gave me a quote of $40 per ring.
