The moment we walked at the store, and attempted to try to check the store, The man immediately demanded that we couldn't enter the store in a very disrespectful and discriminatory way. What an embarrassment as my nieces came from the states to explore and had such a bad experience!

Kate helped me pick the perfect winter coat today and she was so helpful and patient with me as I tried on many different options. She didn't force me to buy anything and after went to shop around the mall and when we didn't find anything better we went back to get the coat from Kate. She is an amazing sales person!
