Great customer service! Had an issue with a retro gaming console. They were quick to respond and even sent a new one free of charge. Bot a Shiatsu back massager. Hubby ABSOLUTELY loves it! Had a problem with it after 2 months. Phillip Brink was a HUGE help. I emailed him last week on Friday. I am now looking at a replacement from them. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend
