About Richelieu Calgary
Richelieu Calgary is a large supplier with a huge selection, operating from a big new facility. It is not the place for one-off customers but is a great place to shop for those in the industry who know what they want. The company has a massive distribution network and is considered one of the "big boys."
Experiences can vary. The business operates on a sales rep model; going through a rep often gets things taken care of, while walking in can be less consistent. Orders have sometimes been delayed, split up, or disorganized, creating headaches for tracking. However, the staff are frequently described as very accommodating, friendly, and generous, taking time to find the right product. They offer reasonably priced items with necessary hardware. While the showroom may sometimes be closed, requiring phone orders, their good selection makes them a valuable resource for industry professionals.

We had very excellent service from a young Arab boy named Filair. He was very patient and helpful and ready to bring out as many handles as we wanted to see. He had a kind, warm smile, and we couldn’t be happier with his service.
