About Safeway Shawnessy Village Shopping
Safeway Shawnessy Village Shopping is a store that offers a clean and organized shopping experience with friendly staff and good prices on fresh produce. Customers appreciate the well-managed layout, clear labels, and helpful employees, especially at the self-checkout. The store features a bakery with decent stock earlier in the day, although shelves can be empty by evening. The staff at the sandwich bar are known for going above and beyond to make quality sandwiches. However, some customers have experienced poor customer service, particularly at the flower shop, suggesting a need for more friendly staff. Overall, shoppers find the store convenient and well-stocked, making it a popular choice for groceries and everyday items, with plans to return for the great deals and quality produce.

Our family have been going to the floral shop at Safeway in Shawnessy for many years. Karen has been our go to for birthday, anniversary, funeral and other arrangements. She does such an amazing job we can't imagine going to another flower shop. Thank you Karen for your service over the years!
