The staff are extremely helpful and polite, with many customers experiencing exceptional service. This store is always fully stocked, making the shopping experience great. The location is very convenient, and the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, which makes customers feel at ease. However, some customers have noted a limited number of staff on weekends, which can affect service. While the store seems well stocked, finding flatbed carts can be a challenge, as they are not readily available inside. Despite this, many customers appreciate the overall atmosphere, with a fantastic crew that goes above and beyond to make shopping a pleasure. The Home Depot has also made changes to its policy regarding animals, ensuring a more pleasant shopping experience for all.
This is my favorite home depot in Calgary. You can find there very specific and rare items.
