The cashier Gurmeet, gave the best customer service, I've ever had at urban planet(and I've been shopping at many of these stores since 2008). She was super friendly and sweet, showed areas where there's more sales/promotions and made me feel good about the deals.

Very clean and tidy store, Arsh was very helpful, but Chris gave exceptional customer service she went above and beyond to get me what I needed.
