Later on that evening, I received a call back, she said that had some time so she contacted bill and told them about the error. It was corrected immediately. Outstanding!”

After going to apple store where the costs was will say “overpriced” and extensive wait time, my friend recommended Dennis. We decided to message him. He gave us a quote and we made an appointment. AMAZING SERVICE. No diagnostic wait for 2 hours like the big apple stores. He replaced the battery in 15min and the screen on another phone in about half hour and the prices can not be beat. “Had a MacBook given for repair. Unfortunately parts were not available to complete the repair. Price for the diagnostic work was very responsible. Had to take it back for something they caused during their repairs but they rectified the issue. For that reason I did not give full five stars.”

“Bought a screen protector for $50ish and had them install it just over two weeks ago (16 days specifically) and it's absolutely ruined. Coming up in the corners and along the edges, which made it get caught on my pocket and shatter one corner of the protector.
Went back to get it replaced as per the owners reply and they were lovely. Appreciate them going above and beyond. Sounds like the one I had issues with was a factory defect”

“I ordered a new Samsung galaxyS23 on line and picked up at this store on Oct. 13th. Unfortunately, the person who assisted me on the pick-up wasn't much interested in offering a helping hand. When I asked for help on transferring SIM card from my old phone to new phone, he didn't acknowledge nor respond. He even didn't look at me but just grabbled the phone and transferred Sim card. When I was trying to ask him a question, he was already walking away. It wasn't definitely anywhere close to the service you would expect. However, my experience was totally transformed from zero star to five star when I met these guys. For some reason, my new phone didn't pick up the data signal while calling and texting worked now problem. I tried all trouble shooting methods posted online but no luck. I ended up taking it back to this store on Oct. 23rd. These two guys, Avneet and Bharat went above and beyond trouble shooting my phone and tried more than dozens phones to test my Sim card. It turned out to be my data plan was the issue but these guys (specially Avneet) spent a couple hours in narrowing down the causes and diagnosing the issue and even used his own phone to check my Sim card. If you are disappointed with the service at this store, you have a wrong service person. Go ask Avneet and you would not be disappointed.”

She offered alternatives after knowing our needs. She is a great listener, she is also a great communicator! She explains everything very clearly!!Polite and funny! We had total trust in what she recommended because she was/is so knowledgeable. WE WERE TREATED LIKE INDIVIDUALS NOT NUMBERS, nor did she make us feel like we were an interruption to her day.She made us feel like she valued our business.
