“The Safeway went through a major transformation when they moved to the new location at the north end of Okotoks. The new place is much more modern and the staff are always willing to go above what would typically be expected at a grocery store. Not only will they will they help find a specific item, they do so with a smile rather than make the customer feel like they are interrupting them.
As for the meat department, it just cannot possibly get any better than this place. The staff always say hello with a smile and always seem happy to help with any custom orders. They also have a beautiful glassed in cabinet that showcases their top tier dry aged primals. These are cuts of meat I would only expect to find at the upper most boutique/artisan level of butcher shops, so finding such amazing top shelf specialty product within a chain grocery store is beyond awesome.
The prices might be a little bit higher on some items than at budget grocery stores, but that extra little bit is money that is very well spent in my opinion.”
“Starbucks was an amazing place to attend I'm so happy that I spent my 5 mins out of my time to get a drink the service was phenomenal. I will definitely be attending there more often.”
“I go for the good meat deals on Sterling steaks and rib roasts. The Bakery makes the best deserts in Okotoks. So much variety. The breads are also spot on. I don't generally shop here because grocery prices are the highest in Okotoks and processed foods are not for me anymore. That being said canned and boxed goods are 20% higher then competitor's”
“Great location, plenty of paring underground and above, friendly and helpful staff, shelves are normally stocked, fresh products, prices are higher than other grocery stores and love that I can collect PC points and stamps.”

“Been coming to this location since they opened in Okotoks. I really enjoy the western family options unlike the other grocery store brands. But what makes this store, is the employees! All the lady's that work at the front, make it a welcoming experience that I look forward to the most. I enjoy catching up with them everytime I'm there. It's employees like them that make a great store worth coming too.”
