He greets me with a genuine smile, is consistently friendly, and even takes a moment to ask how my day is going. Greg is a great example of what excellent customer care looks like!”

“This Ross location was good. I was greeted by the loss prevention gentleman. They were friendly and helpful. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a lot of varieties. Not the best clearance can be found at this one. I would say they offer fairly priced items and goods. I love their seasonal stuff! I had trouble looking for a regular IPhone charger. They only had a few in stock. Some of their shelves were empty. Hopefully they will have a shipment soon. The location is okay. I had a man come up to me and ask for money. It’s at a convenient location.”

“I've never been happier about wonderful customer service as I was tonight! The two employees who were working tonight at our Dollar Tree were absolutely wonderful! I was doing an instacart order, and i had 25 minutes to pick 12 items. I was surprised and bummed out that the order contained 4 items that were balloons to be filled with helium! Remember, I had 25 minutes to complete the order before the store closed!! They not only found all the balloons for me but blew them up with helium and tied the ribbon to them, but also helped me find all the other things in the order. They were patient, so accommodating, so knowledgeable, so friendly. I absolutely loved both of them!!
