“I'm writing this review to recognize an outstanding employee at Kohl's. Every time I come in to complete an Amazon return, Greg is the one assisting me, and he always makes the experience pleasant and effortless. He greets me with a genuine smile, is consistently friendly, and even takes a moment to ask how my day is going. Greg is a great example of what excellent customer care looks like!”
“Jailene is friendly, helpful and professional. The staff is attentive, giving great customer service. Very clean and well kept store. Always have everything we need in stock.”
“Love this store. There is a young lady who is always grumpy at checkout in the evenings though lol her vibe always throws off my little happy experience. 🤣”
“I stopped in got a few things new sandles included. I was talking to my husband asking if has scissors in the car and max chimed in stating he has a box cutter and he offered to cut the stings and tag for me. He went above and beyond I just wanted to give him a shout out . THANKS CASHIER MAX YOU ARE AWESOME.”
“I’m writing this to highly commend Maureen for her exceptional service. Even though the store was low on smaller men's sizes, she didn't give up and kept bringing out different options from the back. I especially appreciated how she proactively shared tips about the items while letting me browse at my own pace. Her balance of helpfulness and respect for the customer’s space is rare. She clearly has the skills of a top-tier manager. I'm so happy with my purchase thanks to her!”

“I've never been happier about wonderful customer service as I was tonight! The two employees who were working tonight at our Dollar Tree were absolutely wonderful! I was doing an instacart order, and i had 25 minutes to pick 12 items. I was surprised and bummed out that the order contained 4 items that were balloons to be filled with helium! Remember, I had 25 minutes to complete the order before the store closed!! They not only found all the balloons for me but blew them up with helium and tied the ribbon to them, but also helped me find all the other things in the order. They were patient, so accommodating, so knowledgeable, so friendly. I absolutely loved both of them!!
Thank you so much, Ashton and Adiel, for making my shop successful and restoring my faith that great customer service still exists!”
