“One of the best ACE Hardware's I've ever seen. The only thing you gotta watch out for that most won't tell you is that if you buy something at one, you can't return at another. So I've been stuck with a $70 item I can't use because I was told while traveling I had 30 days to return. Nope.”

“What a great place. I was searching for an M6-1.0x65 or 70mm metric black oxide internally wrenching bolt. They had both! Jon stopped his work and helped me quickly and efficiently. Great guy. He helped me solve a unique problem and as a wholesaler, had little to gain from it other than simply being a decent guy. Thanks Jon!”

“I was asked if I needed help from Ryan with the Pro Desk , I showed him what I was looking for to help keep my cover on my pickup during windy weather. He explained that the clips I needed were only available on line. Then he asked me if I had running boards on the truck? Yes I do I told him. He proceeded to sell clamps that ratchet. Freaking Genius!!! What a great idea and it saved me money. Thanks again Ryan, it was a pleasure meeting you and also the girl that was at the register when we paid could not have been nicer if she tried. She and Ryan are natural great people. Thanks and we will be back. Rich Estes Surprise Arizona”

“Even though the materials received for our wooden stairway installation, were incorrect, Home Depot's return of our material funds has been great! And, their desire to help us get the correct product ordered, although pending? I/we are looking forward to a positive outcome and eventually a completed stairway installation project.”
