“Miguel who worked on Saturday April 4, 2026 deserves a raise. I brought my 2010 car in needing a battery replacement...problem is the battery is in the trunk and my trunk wouldn't open. He helped me get the trunk open, found the battery (under the spare) and replaced it for me. Excellent service, thank you Miguel!”

“I have to write this review for my family, even though I wasn’t there myself. My wife was driving cross-country with our four daughters — all seven and under — from Arizona to San Diego when her van started overheating in 117-degree heat. I was on the phone trying to help diagnose the problem from a distance, and I called this store ahead to give them a heads up that she was on her way in with the girls.
Chris took it from there, and he went far beyond what anyone could ask of an auto parts store employee. He was patient and professional with my wife, walked her through exactly what needed to be done, and made sure he had the right parts on hand. He researched the issue, got her the relays she needed and topped off her radiator fluid — but what really stood out was how he treated my family. He made sure my kids had water and a safe, cool place to wait while the van was sorted out.
My wife was alone with four young kids in extreme heat, hundreds of miles from home, and Chris made sure she left that store feeling taken care of instead of stranded. That’s not something you can train — that’s just who he is.”

“The staff here is amazing and very helpful, I had to go here for two vehicles in one week. One of the days my pregnant wife had to stop by with our 4 kids. I called ahead to the store to let them know my family is coming by and will need a battery tested. Not only were they friendly and helpful but very understanding. I truly appreciate the help they offered.”
