“We are in our 80's and are experiencing balance problems. We visited Foot Solutions on Pebble Creek Parkway and Patty was a tremendous help to us. We both came home with great shoes that eliminate our problems. I bought Brooks athletic shoes and my husband bought Allrounder athletic shoes. Patty addressed all our problems and led us to the shoe that best fit our needs. We will never go anywhere else!

From helping me figure out how to submit my first card to PSA to always being super friendly and patient while I try to choose from so many options, they are consistently top notch. Today I watched as the owner helped a young collector learn how to look up comps to see if it was worth submitting his cards to PSA. That's the personal touch of a local store that I am lucky to have found!”

Jackets and T-shirts are great buys here, though shoes tend to be pricier compared to competitors; hopefully, they can keep pricing more competitive. The store offers options for all age groups and remains one of the best Columbia Factory Stores I’ve been to.”

“I did not make a purchase because my size was not in stock. This review is strictly of the customer service I received. Abby went out of her way to comb through multiple types and brands of shoes to assist me in my search. I did not have to ask for additional assistance, I simply asked if they had my size and she ran with it! Although I did not find what I was looking for (that's my norm), I highly recommend this store.”
“Store is very well set up . Found my item in less then a min. Cashier was knowledgeable about the online app coupon . It's a 10% discount on all items when you download the app n register. Mostly takes off the sales tax on item. My raft was priced at 39.99 n I got my item for 39.30. after coupon was scanned.”

“Just wanted to say I went in to purchase a few items and I was greeted, and helped out by Nick (Nicholas). He was very helpful and had amazing customer service. 10/10. Store was clean and quiet.”
“I thought it was so random seeing a Dick's House of Sport in the middle of AZ but I'm not complaining! What an enormous selection they have for ball sports. I probably spent an hour or so just looking through every part of the store. All their items are retail price and are definitely expensive, but it's one of those places you just have to see for yourself. It's newer so it's also kept quite clean. Staff can be found in each section and are great at assisting you with anything you need. It's cool that they have events going on throughout the month. They have a track and field in the back of the store which I'm not sure is open to the public. They also have places scattered around the store where you can schedule yourself to try out golf clubs, bats, and rock climb. Pretty cool experience, just not sure I'd choose this place to regularly purchase pieces from.”

“Walked in looking for a brand new pair of soles. Recently diagnosed with scoliosis, not only did Katera point us in the right direction where to find the perfect soles. She was very kind & walked to the back to find the right size ( the last pair ) patient with aiding to the customers needs. “I had purchased a had online where it says you get $20 customization for free, I was then told it wasn't an in store thing this had me a bit confused and a little frustated, but Monik quickly reached out to try and get the situation resolved, she was calm and collected, never made me feel like I was on the back burner, even with other customers she was helping. I never really leave reviews but as a person who also works in customer service, just wanted to let you and the store know you guys are appreciated :)”

“I haven’t been in here since they opened 10-11 years ago. I had ordered some shoes for work to be picked up in store last week and didn’t get an email that they were ready. This morning I called and spoke to a guy named Deonta not sure if he was management or not and told me they were ready and apologized for not getting an notification about my shoes being ready for pick up. Went to pick them up and he gave really good customer service plus the store was really clean and well organized. I’ll most definitely be coming here more often and they have really good selection in kids shoes also 🙂”
