From helping me figure out how to submit my first card to PSA to always being super friendly and patient while I try to choose from so many options, they are consistently top notch. Today I watched as the owner helped a young collector learn how to look up comps to see if it was worth submitting his cards to PSA. That's the personal touch of a local store that I am lucky to have found!”
“Went to get a few items as well as pictures with santa. They used to be reservations only for the santa pictures. They have now added a walk up line which I don't like. Everyone in line had a set time and was pushed back significantly because they would add others from the walk up to essentially cut those that had reservations.
We made this a family time outing to get pictures and shop. This may have to change.”

“I thought it was so random seeing a Dick's House of Sport in the middle of AZ but I'm not complaining! What an enormous selection they have for ball sports. I probably spent an hour or so just looking through every part of the store. All their items are retail price and are definitely expensive, but it's one of those places you just have to see for yourself. It's newer so it's also kept quite clean. Staff can be found in each section and are great at assisting you with anything you need. It's cool that they have events going on throughout the month. They have a track and field in the back of the store which I'm not sure is open to the public. They also have places scattered around the store where you can schedule yourself to try out golf clubs, bats, and rock climb. Pretty cool experience, just not sure I'd choose this place to regularly purchase pieces from.”
“I had to return a gift that didn't fit. I didn't have a receipt and I read online that they can return or replace without receipt but up to there decresion. I came in and the employee said they can't do it only the supervisor can. So I came back the next day and the supervisor did except the return amd was most helpful. Excellent service from all staff members.”

“Walked in looking for a brand new pair of soles. Recently diagnosed with scoliosis, not only did Katera point us in the right direction where to find the perfect soles. She was very kind & walked to the back to find the right size ( the last pair ) patient with aiding to the customers needs. “Just bought some clubs from here the people are kind and knowledgeable and im happy with my purchase when I use the clubs I’ll update but for now they seem great and they worked with me on the price which was great. It’s a little crowded in there cause they have a lot of stuff which I think is good cause it means you can find just what you need there no matter how specific. I think there doing the best with the space they have. I never review places but I enjoyed my visit to this store so I think they deserve it.”

“Izabelle was amazing she called the kids locker room for me to ask about a jersey, it was a Jordan all- star jersey large, I called every lids trying to find one. She found and called for me at her local locker room. I asked her to make sure they double checked because I had a 45min drive well guess what the lids locker room told her the wrong size, it was a small not even close to large.”
