“I had been looking for a great pair of hiking, walking, and running shoes for a while, so I stopped by Dick’s Sporting Goods at Arrowhead Towne Center to see what they had. First of all, their selection is fantastic! They had every shoe I wanted to try on in my size, which made the experience so much easier.
I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jimmy, who helped me find the perfect pair. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the best shoes for hiking trails, running, and walking, and he took the time to explain the differences without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated not only his expertise but also the genuine care he showed me as a customer.
What impressed me even more was how efficiently he handled multiple customers at once. While he was helping another family and sharing the same great knowledge with them, he still made sure I felt taken care of. That’s outstanding customer service.

“I went to this store on the 2nd and immediately got help. The two girls at the front were super helpful. I bought a pair of shoes in store and got one delivered thanks to them. The one with big glasses was the one who found the exact pair I was looking for, while the skinny brunette looked all over the store just for us. Everyone seems so nice and they were in a rush to keep the store clean while it was packed inside. That was my first time in a famous footwear and DEFINITELY not the last thanks to the staff.”
