“I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. to have my tire repaired. I arrived early, and my tire was fixed within about 15 minutes or less. Unfortunately, I accidentally gave them the wrong tire to repair, but thankfully, there was an employee named John who went above and beyond to help me.
I’m not sure if John is a supervisor, but honestly, I feel like he should be. He was extremely kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. Even though I made a mistake and identified the wrong tire, he was able to fit me back in and make sure my other two tires were taken care of as well.
I truly appreciate John’s willingness to help and the way he treated me. His customer service made a huge difference in my experience today. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs their tires repaired or an oil change.
There was another gentleman, a tall, skinny man, who was extremely rude to me during a previous interaction, but I still decided to come back. I’m very glad I did because John completely changed my experience today.
