“I went in for a tire that was bad. They changed it and gave me a good price. I called them to look at my shocks, as another place told me they needed to be fixed. They checked and said they were fine and do not need to be changed. The tire was bad due to normal wear. I will be going back to this place as they are professional, honest, and reasonably priced! Thank you to Carlos and the person who worked on my car. 100% recommend this place of business!”

Danny and his team were out of this world with communication and made sure to get my car fixed even with how complicated it was, I have 2019 Volkswagen. “It can be really hard if you have a car problem when you are on a trip. You don’t know the shops. If you find a good shop, they are busy and want you to make an appointment for next week. The bad ones have time for you, since the locals already know to avoid them. But yesterday I just got lucky. Sombrero is a very competent place, so they have plenty of business. I could see all the cars other customers had left. But when Ernest heard my story, he decided to take care of me first. I put on a timer when I left my car and he was finished in 47 minutes! I was again on my way and I was actually able to complete all three of my appointments in Phoenix and head home the same day. Thanks, Ernest, for saving my trip!
Not only was Ernest fast, but he bills in a very fair way for the customer. If you go to Auto Zone and your needed part is priced at $100, the shop can get that same part for maybe $80 because they are a high volume account. And when that part shows up on your bill when you check out, the invoice might charge you $160 or $200. Except for with Ernest; he charges you for his cost only, so you pay only the same $80 he paid.
Sombrero would definitely be my go to shop if I lived in Buckeye.”

Since I've relocated here from Avondale I have to start over and find reliable good people. It's not fancy with a big nice billboard or a nice fancy seating area. Buckeye is home to some good independent mom and pop auto repair shops, however with that being you could find yourself waiting up to a week before your vehicle can even be looked at, but at Don Lalo we got same day service for our car and the work is top notch.”

“’ve been a local here in Buckeye for 37 years, and I genuinely love this gas station and the effort that’s been put into it. It has one of the best selections of snacks and drinks around, the coldest beverages in town, and the service is always great.
My only concern is the car wash. While it seems to be maintained to a certain extent, I’ve consistently run into the same issue. Each time I go to wash my pickup, there’s a significant amount of mud left behind from previous users. It’s gotten to the point where I have to spend extra time and money clearing out the wash bay myself just to be able to clean my vehicle properly—otherwise I end up tracking mud into and onto my truck, and even having mud fling back onto it when I leave.
Once or twice, that’s understandable. But when it happens every visit, it becomes frustrating and inconvenient. A little extra attention to this area would make a big difference. Possibly having an attendant check the bays periodically, or even adding signage encouraging customers to clean up after themselves, could go a long way.
I say this because I truly appreciate this location and want to see it continue to be the best it can be. Thank you for your service shell.”

“Last week my husband and I booked an appt and tires. We showed up and they had an issue with their system showing the tires did not arrive. The lady was like hold on and looked through their inventory of tires and found my order. We had a team of 4 people to help get the tires back in the system but said they will service my car no matter what. They really cared and tried and we did get service done.”
