“This morning I had a particularly stressful start- complete with seeing my gas gauge was nearly empty. Fortunately I got to the pinnacle peak general store in time! However my rental car fuel door wouldn’t open. I checked ChatGPT - google. I ran into the general store and asked the cashier to have someone familiar with the fuel pumps etc come out. She herself came out and warmly tried so hard with me to find the necessary latch. Her name is Roxanne and she helped me so much/ at a very stressful time . She is a superstar.”

“This Safeway is one of the best ones. The produce here was very fresh- even the fruit cups- not mushy or raw but perfectly ripe fruit. There's also a larger assortment of fruits and veggies here vs other Safeway. The aisles were well organized as well, and everything was easy to find. All the products were well stocked. The hot deli had so much too choose from as well.Plus, with everything pretty much spread out, the store didn't feel as crammed.Checkout was quick and easy. Had a great experience here!”

“Finally got a self pay machine. Geesh before that the lines were longgg. Busy location but the staff does great. Clean and well stocked and fountain machine functions 99% of the time. Gas prices reasonable, especially when I use the Upside app in conjunction.”
“Very clean location. First time visiting this location. Its set up is very different from my usual store location. Great sales, plenty of staff to help during this Holiday weekend. The app is my only complaint. Slow app and the digital coupon functionality is quirky. Takes several times to get it to work, almost to the point of giving up. I feel for customers that might want to use the digital coupon but don't have the wherewithal to deal with app issues, especially the aging population who might benefit the most being on a fixed income.”
“This is my neighborhood store in Desert Ridge and has been for over 20 years. Clean, attractive, great product selection, well planned aisles and friendly employees. I haven't tried their Shop 'N Go online grocery pick up service but will update my review when I do. They need a number system at the deli counter. When it gets 10 deep the customers can't keep track of whose next. Minor gripe. It's a great store. Go there, buy stuff!”

“Gas pump was leaking at the hose. We reported it to the attendant and in an abundance of caution also informed the fire department. I was later told that the hoses are designed to detach if someone drives away with the hose attached and the leak was probably at that joint, and if so, is easily fixed.”
