“We were able to do two things while visiting FedEx. First we dropped off a friend who was staying at the JW Marriott. Second, a FedEx store is located in the hotel and we had a medical device to return. The staff were super nice and efficient. She instantly recognized the sending address. She prepared additional paperwork for the package. I asked for a receipt which she was happy to give me. Very professional staff. Shared outdoor parking and WiFi.”

“Went in to return a package and usually it’s a tough process when I go to return at kohls or Amazon drop off but decided to try this place and couldn’t be more pleased with my interaction with Nasin. He was so helpful and gave me such a great experience I will always return packages here instead ! He was very knowledgeable and able to help me as needed !”
“I walked in to locate a package where tracking said “returned” to PO. An agent went to find my package with no luck. He filled out a form and said supervisor would get back to me. To my pleasant surprise I was called in about 1.5 hrs to say package located (was with wrong carrier) and that my package was placed correctly and would be delivered to me the next day! It was! Kudos to the person whose name I didn’t get. To the critics here I will note that I arrived at 4:30 and by 4:50 (10 min before closure) a long line developed…however they moved other persons to the front to help! I heard them all say “thank you for your patience” Seems good service to me!”
