“Curious if “Big John” was even at the same store?!! We’re there several times a week and always receive excellent customer service. Once again, we’re there today and to no surprise received very polite and prompt service! We later realized we misplaced a UPS tracking number for a very important package dropped off earlier this week. So we called the store and Richard was able to easily retrieve the number and told us the package was delivered yesterday. Thanks again Richard!!”
