“I'm not a customer so when I walked in asking for change for a $100 bill I fully expected a polite no (thanks Dollar Tree. It's the newest style note in lightly circulated condition and I'm spending $40 on project supplies but you can't train employees to use a pen and visually confirm other security features.) Their building is beautiful and the waiting area looked like a high end hotel with a Keurig machine, what looked like a popcorn machine and water. Seating looked very comfortable. Wish I got the name of the teller. If she was that accommodating to a non customer I'm sure their customer's get treated quite well. Might give them a shot since Chase sucks.”

So glad I ended up at MidFirst. Originally, when we moved to the area we went to a national bank that was offering $600 to open qualifying accounts. We went to that bank on a Saturday and they said they could set an appointment for the following Tuesday just to open an account! A google search made us aware of MidFirst…we got in that day and rhe rest is history!”

We have ALWAYS had great service at Arizona Central Credit Union. I don't remember ever having a problem at ACCU since we became members. Many employs have come and gone over the years, but Anita has been the standard we have kept all these years for customer service. Even after she retired service has maintained that level.”
