I had intent on coming on to speak to a banker today but before I even got there, I received a call from corporate welcoming me, listening to my concern, and getting me set up for my newly open account. I talked to a banker (didn't catch his name), Chris, and the DeAnna the branch manager. I did a walk in and did not have to wait long. This is only for the person just Creat an account for me. Mıss. Lady please from now on when you need your branch manager to help you let them to help you. This is unfair for me as a customer come back again in one week. You did not order the debit card for my family member and you did not rush my car that I can get my card earlier then it should be and you did not offer the credit card to me.”

“Work constantly sends me to this location 4-5 days a week. Teller Daniel and Assistant Manager Megan are always a pleasure to do business with. Always greeting with a smile and hellos, that don't feel forced. The gentleman who wears a vest all the time(who's name I don't know). Sometimes offers bottles of water.”
“I just want to leave a positive review for Shahbaz at this location. We came here close to closing hours as we had just gotten off of work and were on a time crunch to update our account info and purchase a money order. Shahbaz provided stellar customer service, was very informative throughout the entire process, and he was very knowledgeable and therefore, able to assist us very quickly! We have never had such an easy and delightful customer service experience at any other location.
