“Took my Subaru in to get an oil change and the tires rotated. The service advisor. Justin contacted us said they were running a little behind. It’ll be an hour to an 1 1/2 to 2 hours wait time. After waiting over two hours, I contacted Justin again and he said it would be at least another two hours and that they hadn’t even started on the car yet. Not happy that NO ONE came out to let us know it was going to be another 2 hours. When I made this appointment over a week ago all the times were open. Why even make an appointment when they don’t seem to honor it. All the manager could say was the he was sorry. Also the manager claim that Justin told us it would be a wait time of 3 hours which was a lie. Won’t be going back there again.
UPDATE…UPDATE…..
The next day after this incident I was contacted by Adam Morrison-Vega and Rob Bullard both are service managers. Both requested we give them another chance at taking care of our Subaru. We did but only if they could change the oil, rotate the tires and wash the car with 90 minutes. Well everything was done in less than 90 minutes and both managers couldn’t have been more accommodating and taking care of us. Because of these two gentlemen, we will go back again, and have them take care of our Subaru. Thank you.”
“Darin at Auto Image did a magnificent job on my 2014 C7 Vette. I just picked it up yesterday and I'm not sure that the paint doesn't look just as good today as when I bought the car new over 9 years ago!I've use Auto Image for over 2 decades for ALL my paint work on all my cars, both foreign and domestic, and I do highly recommend this body shop over ALL others. Why? Auto Image, still to this day does prestine paint and body work better than the dealers and at a very fair rate.He also reattached a compromised front bumper, saving $ on having to buy a new one and attached a new front trim guard that looks better than the original. In addition, Darin took his time as alway, and didn't rush the work in order to perform perfect fiberglass repair on the driver's side door, air damn, and fixed a crack on the back hood, as well as the front bumper, resulting in factory looking paint and repair.
