“Roadrunner was recommended to me by Progressive Insurance. At first I was hesitant since I’d never heard of them. After using Roadrunner though, I would totally recommend! It wasn’t some dirty old body shop. The lobby was clean and amazingly decorated. The guys working inside were clean cut, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Their communication was excellent, and they texted me every step of the way. They handled every part of my insurance claim. When my car was done, I was able to leave my rental car there, hop in my car, and leave. They made it so easy.”

“Many years ago my wife was involved in an accident. And our insurance company recommended Rapid Collision. Through the years my car has been there once and my wife's car has been worked on there four or five times. We have never had an issue with their work or estimates. We have had dents repaired and our cars painted. Bumpers repaired and replaced. They have even replaced our window regulators at our expense. And the price was reasonable. And the regulators were installed the same day the parts arrived. Through the years we have spoken mostly to Jeff and Nate. Both have been nothing but professional and efficient. We try not to take up too much of their time. Knowing that phone calls take them away from their hands on work. But thus far they have not disappointed. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.”

“Where do I begin? Matt and Nicole have been my angels after my car accident. I was sketched out when my car insurance gave me the estimated cost for the repairs of my car. I didn’t believed them it doesn’t seemed right. So I decided to call Coachworks. My lawyer recommended them. As soon as I talked to Nicole over the phone she made me feel really reassured that I’m on the right path.They didn’t just helped me understand the condition of my car; they went above and beyond. My insurance estimated the cost of the repair way too low. I’m so grateful I went to Coachworks and got it right. They are very detailed and you can tell they are very knowledgeable with dealing with these kinds of problems. They were checking up on me almost everyday, even helped me research for my new potential car. I didn’t have to lift a finger and deal with the mess with my insurance. Matt and Nicole did everything for me. Matt even offered me if I need any help with cars to just contact him and he will evaluate it before I decide to buy it. I hope they also open a mechanic shop in the future so I can get my car maintenance work with them. I trust them very much and I recommend them 100% to anyone. “The people at CARSTAR East Valley Collison did an amazing job on my car. 10/10 in terms of service, repair, and overall experience. I came in with a messed-up muffler, trunk and a bumper hanging on by a thread. The guys at East Valley Collison made my car look brand new and like none of the damage had ever happened. They were quick, efficient, reliable, and very courteous. I had driven a rental down to pickup my car and they even offered to drive my rental back to enterprise for me. The biggest surprise was when I got into my car. They had vacuumed and cleaned my interior and even gave it a fresh scent. By far some of the best service I have ever received, amazing job.”

“Caliber Collision - specifically Ethan was outstanding. I was very concerned as my car was hit while parked and there was quite a bit of damage. My insurance company was unfortunately little to no help at all. Luckily, my service rep, Ethan was amazing. He kept me informed every step of the way answering all my questions patiently and even giving me great tips on how to deal with my specific insurance company. I had more contact and customer care from Ethan than I did my own insurance adjuster. If it were not for Ethan's professionalism I would have lost my mind trying to deal with my insurance company. And the cherry on top is that Ethan delivered my car early in perfect condition at the repair. I highly recommend this shop!”

“Farmers Insurance had mentioned that they are a preferred company and for a 3 day job that took 5 days and still need to be cleaned up and I have to do this myself the people in office did a great job and my car looks pretty good but if they can't do it in the time they tell you they should take your vehicle to repair it only reason is because Farmers Insurance was paying for it because of their bad drivers damage my car next time I just get a check from the insurance company and find someone who can get the job done in the time it should be finished not whenever there parts people want to finish the work on time costing me time and money to have to deal with them afterwards because they have you talk to someone in a different state today all i know is that until they hire someone who can run the shop and get it done on time I will go elsewhere for any more collision jobs Larry Miller is a preferred customer service provider today for farmers Insurance and costs them more money to and time”

The owner was super helpful and patient with all my questions. He gave me an accurate timeline and a very fair estimate that he stuck to. “So, there are only two reasons I'm not giving them a 5 star review and it's largely just "my thing", that you may have no issue with or even might even like. So that said... the communication is 5 star stellar! Mike was constantly in contact proactively calling me with updates and messages in my nearly 2 week repair work. What I did not like was as a 2A advocate, I generally won't go to businesses that do not allow me to protect myself in their shops. It was a hassle to deal with and I don't like that at all. Typically these business that don't allow you to carry are filled with lefty types that are frankly annoying. That said, I also wasn't a fan of being bribed to give a yelp review in order to not have to pay a 3% fee on a 7000 repair. No one is going to carry 7k around to pay stuff with and this felt dirty, but it did save me over 200 bucks in CC processing fees... so as long as you're good with it, it will save you. Regarding the repair. It was awesome! Great job. Pricey at 7k, but it they also cleaned my car so. Also... they wouldn't fix the extra lighting I had put in, but that was after market so I get that. All in all, super nice 4/5 stars. Great shop.”
