“This place is amazing. I got into my first car accident ever in my 31 years of life on January 10th 2026 when a Ford F150 side swiped me, causing me to need to replace my rear bumper, my driver side back door, and my rear axel.
I took my Honda Fit in to be examined on January 21 after a lot of research, but the other driver's insurance with Mendota didn't have a rental car at Hertz for me when they said they would. So. Why? Let me tell you.
Hertz had texted me that my rental was ready, but 10 minutes later, all the sudden they didn't have a car for me. Made no sense.
The front desk woman Brenda at the autobody shop was on the phone with both Hertz and Mendota for me. She asked Mendota if we could just get me a car with Enterprise but apparently Mendota doesn't have billing set up with Enterprise. Still no answer as to why Hertz would say they had a car for me then give it away.
Mendota insurance and Hertz told us they could give me a different car that had a higher daily rate but I would have to pay out of pocket for the difference. So that was a no.
So, I went home with plans to bring my car back the next day.
The next day, on my way back to get my car fixed, I got into ANOTHER accident where I got rear ended at a red light by a Honda Accord.
Thankfully my car had already been examined so there was documentation about the prior damage. Anyway.
I get back to the autobody shop to drop it off. Mendota sent a Lyft for me to pick me up and drop me off at Hertz. But they gave the Lyft driver the wrong address.
We are all fed up with Hertz and Mendota at this point. Someone whose name I wish I could remember ended up giving me a ride to Hertz which was extremely nice. For any ladies reading, I am a lady and felt 100% comfortable with the male employee who drove me to the renal car place. Very respectful.
When I got my car back, it looked better than how I gave it to them. They blended the new door and bumper with the rest of my car's old scratched up paint with some buffing and a clear coat all over.
I am very very happy with the customer service and the work done. In that order. Work was perfect. Customer service was beyond perfect.
Jaun, the manager, was in contact the entire time giving me updates.
Brenda I would trust with my life. I would have her as my ally during an apocalypse. I would go to war with her. She stood up for me so good she basically went to war for me.
I cannot stress enough how frustrating Mendota insurance and Hertz rental was being incompetent and making excuses. The shop did a great job too. And managment.
Whole place was great. They're certified in Honda repairs BTW.
I would give 6 stars if I could, and then I'd take away a star bringing it back to 5 stars just for the fact no one should work with Hertz.

“I brought my camper to RV Renovators for roof damage repair, and overall, my experience was a bit of a mix, but it ended on a good note. Initially, I was quoted around $10,000 for the repair, which felt pretty high and honestly made me hesitate. However, after further evaluation, the final cost ended up being closer to $6,000, which I definitely appreciated and felt was much more reasonable given the extent of the work.
The quality of the repair itself was excellent. They clearly know what they’re doing when it comes to RV roof work. Everything looks solid, sealed properly, and ready to hold up over time. Water damage can be one of the most serious and expensive issues with RVs, so having confidence in the repair is a big deal. 
Where the experience could have been better was in communication and one hand knowing what the other was doing sort of thing. More transparency upfront would have made things smoother and built more trust early on.
That said, I’m happy with the final result and would recommend them based on the quality of their work.”
