I especially want to recognize Ja’Shell Noah, the location manager. He is truly passionate about her work. He actively asks customers for feedback on how the location can improve and takes even the smallest suggestions seriously. It’s rare to see a manager so dedicated to continuously improving the customer experience.
The staff is young, positive, and welcoming. I came here after a very disappointing experience at the nearby Hertz location, and the positive atmosphere at Enterprise completely changed my mood and allowed me to continue my planned trip without dwelling on that negative experience.
I highly recommend this location if you want your trip to start on the right note and value excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!”

Definitely good pricing as far as rates. Wait time is usually less than 30 minutes, that I've experienced in the last two months. Amazing service!”

“I booked through Hotwire and got a great deal with Sixt. After reading the recent reviews, I tried everything I could to cancel the rental without losing my money. When I found out that wasn’t possible, I decided to buy Sixt’s insurance so I’d be fully covered for any damages.
In the end and the reason for my 5 star review, I actually had a great experience. Check-in was super quick and easy, and while I was chatting with the guy in the lot, he surprised me with a free upgrade to a new BMW. I also didn’t get hit with any unexpected charges afterward like so many others mentioned in their reviews.
My personal experience with them was excellent. Unfortunately, after reading so many negative reviews across multiple sites, I’m still not sure I would rent from them again.”

“Reserved through Costco to get the less expensive rate. When I arrived at the location they didn't have the truck or the reservation. Appears to be a problem on the costco side of the transaction. Paige at the front desk was friendly and helped to locate another truck up the street. Alan at the Mesa office was also friendly and professional. Although not how I planned the morning to go. I know it could have been a lot worse and they made it right.”

“Backed my BMW X5 in to another vehicle. Prime Collision was able to repair my car in a couple of days. Looks good as new!
Service was so good that I just took another car in for cosmetic bumper repair. Once again, the work was high quality and I had the car back in three days!”
