“I went into JCPenney's this morning on Gilbert and did some shopping while my daughter's car was in the shop at Nissan being worked on. Toleen checked us out and she greeted us with smiles, looked up coupons for us and treated us like royalty! What a pleasure to be helped by such a caring person!”

“Issac knows his stuff. I haven’t been in for a wile and was just browsing the new lines Buckle is carrying. Amazing companies at this time for their store floor line up but I hadn’t found one that really spoke to me. After browsing and slowly making my way to exit the store, Issac asked if there was anything he could help me find. I explained myself and what style I enjoy and he then directed me to a line by “Maven”. The color, style, cloth, and size were 10/10. After examining it once over. It was off to check out. I updated my profile to a current number and noticed their BKE real material bracelet. I really enjoyed most on display and found one that spoke to me, yet set me a smidge out of my comfort zone. A great fit, experience and will be reaching out to him next time I’m in store again. Thank you ? God Bless.”

“Not as large of a selection as the other athletic clothes stores in the mall, however still decent. They do have leggings and shorts for the summer, and in the winter- they have warmer jackets and sweaters. Well-organized merch areas and store is clean and well-maintained. Accessible parking mall front.”
“Called because Arizona Mills would not give me a refund because they didn’t have enough to accommodate me for $122.43 in cash and insisted I take the refund on a gap card. I declined and they told me to come back before they close which was inconvenient because I live 4 hours away. I called this store and they told me of course even though they just barely opened as well which was strange because the mills mall also did and didn’t have enough money supposedly.. ? the lady in the front helped me with my refund no problem at all ? I am so happy I called this place first and I will continue to come back to this gap factory due to the excellent customer service i received here. I wish I got the ladies name because she was so nice, she was an older African American lady ! Will be coming back every time I visit Phoenix !”
“I had an issue with a pair of Zerogrand Wing tips that I bought in store. Gauge the store manager has excellent customer service took very good care of me and even credited my account for the remainder of the exchange. Everything was done over the phone. I didn’t have to drive an hour there. Cole Haan is the best And thank you to Gabe. I have a new pair on the way!”
“I have been a Tommy clothes fan since 1985 when the brand started. I lived in Sedona, Arizona for many years and we had an outlet store in the early 90's that I enjoyed. Now I'm living near Tucson I have an even better Hilfiger store right here in this amazing outlet mall.
The floor manager lady who helped me was excellent and answered my many questions. She guided me to items I didn't see at first which made my day. A good number of discounted clothes and an astonishing number of children's shoes and clothing.”

“Cute baby clothing section- lots of clothing options to choose from for the little ones. The adult clothing style was more limited - the styles seem more old-fashioned and colors are more neutral. It's okay if you're looking for formal-casual stuff to wear at an office, but even then color variety is meh. I do like though how displays are spread apart and easy to walk around.
