“The outlet mall in general was very disappointing. Not at all outlet prices and really a waste of time. Until we got to the Old Navy Outlet. This place is AMAZING!!! We found some amazing deals, and this made the otherwise disappointing trip worth it. If you stay here, you want to go anywhere else. If you end here, you’ll wonder why you didn’t start here. Such a great store and we’ll definitely be back.”

“I had an issue with a pair of Zerogrand Wing tips that I bought in store. Gauge the store manager has excellent customer service took very good care of me and even credited my account for the remainder of the exchange. Everything was done over the phone. I didn’t have to drive an hour there. Cole Haan is the best And thank you to Gabe. I have a new pair on the way!”
“Called because Arizona Mills would not give me a refund because they didn’t have enough to accommodate me for $122.43 in cash and insisted I take the refund on a gap card. I declined and they told me to come back before they close which was inconvenient because I live 4 hours away. I called this store and they told me of course even though they just barely opened as well which was strange because the mills mall also did and didn’t have enough money supposedly.. ? the lady in the front helped me with my refund no problem at all ? I am so happy I called this place first and I will continue to come back to this gap factory due to the excellent customer service i received here. I wish I got the ladies name because she was so nice, she was an older African American lady ! Will be coming back every time I visit Phoenix !”
“Not as large of a selection as the other athletic clothes stores in the mall, however still decent. They do have leggings and shorts for the summer, and in the winter- they have warmer jackets and sweaters. Well-organized merch areas and store is clean and well-maintained. Accessible parking mall front.”

“Cute baby clothing section- lots of clothing options to choose from for the little ones. The adult clothing style was more limited - the styles seem more old-fashioned and colors are more neutral. It's okay if you're looking for formal-casual stuff to wear at an office, but even then color variety is meh. I do like though how displays are spread apart and easy to walk around.
